Sherut haRitztzuy

(the ministry of reconciliation)

by whom we have now received the

( Atonement)

Reconciliation of the Dvar HaRitztzuy

Let this day be a day of reconciliation and regeneration

(AHaYaH (He was), HoYAH (He is), and YihYAH (He will be).

ב

ב

There seems to be some confusion with my spelling of

Y’Ishra‘al, in the believe that al stands for Allah, if you

look at the word Y’Ishra’al ; The Y is the stick pictured

at the beginning and represents the House of Yosef and

the house of YahuwDah; The ISH is the name for man

who’s Covenant is with Ra ( God) who is Al ( aleph)

( I AM HE)

YaHuWaH ב

Devarim 6:4

Hear, Y’Ishra'al: YHWH is our Aluahiym! YHWH Is One!

Devarim 6:5

And you shall love [long for] ALuaHiYM with

all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might. (me'ode)

ב

My Memorial for generation after generation.”

Shemot 3:13-16

This is MY NAME for ever,

Aluahiym of your father’s Abraham, Yitzchak [Isaac], and Ya’aqob

[Jacob], has sent me to you. This is my name forever, and this is my

memorial for generation to generation." and I appeared to Abraham, to

Yitzchak, and to Ya’aqob as hashadday [the almighty]. And my name,

was not well known (famous) to them.

Message of Reconciliation

Torah sh’Bichtav

(Written Torah)

Who hath ears to hear, let him hear?

“Sola Scriptura”

(the Scriptures alone is authoritative for faith)

ב

(in His Name)

[Yah -hoo-Wah]

is the Name of the Creator.

ב

(YâHuWsHúa`) is His Son

[Al-u-heem - ALHYM] means "Mighty Ones“ or "Power"

Means Set-apart, Pure.

(Qodesh) also means "Set-apart"

Raukh (Raukh) is the Ibry (Hebrew) name for His "Presence", pictured

as the Counselor, Helper, and Advocate, the One Who "proceeds from

the Father"

Tehillim 27:5

For in the day of trouble He will keep me secretly in His booth. In the

covering of His Tent He will hide me. On a Rock He raises me up.

is for you too!

Scripture speaks of a secret place where we can simply go, be alone, be

protected, pray,

and hear from

ב YâHuWsHúa.

Knowing there is such a place is a matter of faith. Going back time and

again, that's a matter of building a relationship. You need not have an

advanced degree in any subject, need not have memorized Scripture

from beginning to end, but instead

be aware the

Of Y’Ishra’al

Has a place for each Jew and Gentile who will open their minds and

hearts to Him.

Mt 6:5-8

When you pray, you shall not be as the role-fakers, for they love to

stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets,

that they may be seen by men. Most certainly, I tell you, they have

received their reward. But you, when you pray, enter into your inner

chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father Who is in

secret, and your Father Who sees in secret shall reward you openly. In

praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think

that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don’t be

like them, don't you see that your Father knows what things you need

before you ask Him.

The truth in reality is visited in this secret place AND must be shared

by those who will live or else ... they will perish ... in darkness.

It is written

Lu 11:33

“No one, when he has lit a Lamp, puts it in a cellar or under a basket,

but on a stand, that those who come in may see the Light.

Tehillim. 119:105

Your Word is a Lamp to my feet, and a Light (aur) for my path.

The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore when your eye is good, your whole

body is also full of Light; but when it is evil, your body also is full of

darkness. Therefore see whether the light that is in you isn’t darkness.

If therefore your whole body is full of Light, having no part dark, it

shall be wholly full of Light, as when the Lamp with its bright shining

gives you Light.”

ב

With this in mind, heart soul and strength let us study together in the

Raukh

And now brothers and sisters

Come out of the secret place bearing light!

Who see it from afar? The Secret Place, here, shines a bit of light so

many can see from afar. The topics we have chosen are addressed to

Jew and Gentile together. We do this because that is what the Bible

does. This opens the window to make more sense of what Scripture

tells us!

In the secret place is plain language, something simple to read. This is a

mere starting place for deeper consideration.

If the Raukh of

Has moved your Raukh to seek out his word

www.slideshare.net/Keiyah

Before the study I wish to point out that only the WORD is the

TRUTH, be it days, months, years, hence the calendar is “sola

Scriptura” based.

Dan_7:25

And it shall speak words opposing the Most High, and it will wear

down the pure ones of the Most High Ones, and it will try to change set

times (Festivals) and Law, (Lawlessness) and they shall be granted into

its hand for a time and times and half of a time.

And then I will profess to them,

‘Never did I acknowledge you: even if you are on My lap and do not do

the will of My Father Who is in heaven, out of My lap will I cast you

away! Depart from Me, all ye workers of Lawlessness!’

So that in them is fulfilled the prediction of Yshá`Yâhuw, which says:

“You shall surely hear, but you shall not understand; and you shall

surely see, but you shall not perceive! For the heart of this people has

grown thick, and they do hardly hear with the ears, and they have shut

their eyes, lest they should see with their eyes, and with their ears

they should hear, and their heart should understand, and they should

return to Me and I should cure them.

The Hebrew Bible is fully aware of that. Deuteronomy declares the

worship of sun, moon,

and stars as allotted by

that is to all the other peoples

Dev 4:19.

And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto Shomayim, and when thou seest

the

Shemesh, and the yarei'ach, and the kokhavim, even all the tz’va

HaShomayim, shouldest be driven to hishtachaveh (bow down, worship)

them, and serve them which Hashem Aloheicha hath divided unto kol

HaGoyim under kol HaShomayim.

Duet 4:19

"or lest you lift up your eyes to the heavens and see the sun, the

moon, the stars, and all the armies of heaven, you should be impelled

to bow down to them or enslave yourselves to these [things] that

has apportioned to all the nations under the whole heaven;

Anyone can see the heavenly bodies, but we have heard from

There is no “hard copy” of Him! People want something they can

identify with, which is what makes the “god-man” concept so attractive,

because it makes them think they can be gods too. We can only

understand what

Allows us to know about Himself, and we cannot control what we cannot

comprehend. Apportioned: divided, assigned, distributed; Aramaic,

"designated to serve". I.e., He gave them to all the nations and they

are common (contrast v. 20).

But none of them is to be identified specifically with

Dev 4:20

But Hashem hath taken you, and brought you forth

Out of the iron furnace, even out of Mitzrayim, to be unto Him an Am

Nachalah (a people of inheritance), as ye are yom hazeh.

"But

has selected you, and brought you out from the crucible of iron--from Egypt--to become His own--for the purpose of being a people [that are His own] prized

possession, just as [is the case] today."

Any wood placed into a furnace for smelting iron would be consumed

immediately. Egypt completely used them up, while feeding them—like

pack animals. Even the products forged of iron there—chariots—were

used to kill them. Now they were going to a place that would serve

them rather than consuming them. Nothing in the Tabernacle was

made of iron;

Had no use for it at this point. Prized possession: How awesome! Why

throw away such a rare privilege and settle for something that the

nations all stoop to--nations that He considered a mere drop in the

bucket in comparison

Yeshayah40:15?

Surely the Goyim are like a drop in a bucket, and are accounted as dust

of the scales; surely He taketh up the iyim (islands) like fine dust.

Isa 40:15

See, nations are as a drop in a bucket, and are reckoned as dust on the

balance. See, He lifts up isles as fine dust.

Today we see the illegitimate worship of these celestial bodies, within

those who claim to WORSHIP

How many more times will Y’Ishra’al turned to

HIS CREATION and not their CREATOR

Melachim Bais 23:5,

And he did away with hakemarim (the idol priests), whom the Melachim

of YahuwDah had ordained to burn ketoret in the high places in the

towns of YahuwDah, and in the places around Yerushalayim; them also

that

Burned ketoret unto Ba'al, to the shemesh, and to the yarei'ach, and to

the mazalot (constellations) and to all the Tzeva HaShomayim.

2 kgs 23:5

And he put down the black-robed priests whom the sovereigns of

YahuwDah had appointed to burn incense on the high places in the

cities of YahuwDah and in the places all around Yerushalayim, and those

who burned incense to Baʽal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the

constellations, and to all the host of the heavens

Melachim Bais 23:11

And he took away the susim that the Melachim of YahuwDah had

dedicated to the shemesh, at the entrance of the Beis Hashem, by the

chamber of Natan-Melech the saris, which was in the colonnades, and

set eish to merkevot

Hashemesh.

2 Ki 23:11

And he did away with the horses that the sovereigns of YahuwDah had

given to the sun, at the entrance to the House of

By the room of Nathan-Melek ̱ the eunuch, that were in the court. And

he burned the chariots of the sun with fire.

Yirmeyah 8:2

And they shall spread them out before the shemesh, and the yarei'ach,

and all the tz'va haShomayim, whom they have loved, and whom they

have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have

consulted, and whom they have worshiped; they shall not be gathered

up, nor be buried in a kever; they shall be like domen upon the surface

of ha'Âthâ´m ah.

Yirmeyah 8:2 ;( modern version)

And shall spread them before the sun and the moon and all the host of

the heavens, which they have loved and which they have served and

after which they have walked, which they have sought, and to which

they have bowed themselves. They shall not be gathered nor buried;

they shall be for dung on the face of the earth.

And He brought me into the khatzer Beis Hashem hapenimit [i.e., the

Court of the Kohanim], and, hinnei, at the petach (entrance) of the

Heikhal Hashem, between the Ulam and the Mizbe'ach, were about five

and twenty ish, with their backs toward the Heikhal Hashem, and their

faces toward the east; and they bowing down toward the east

worshiping the sun.

Ezek 8:16

And He brought me into the inner court of the

House of

And there, at the door of the

Hĕk ̱al of

Between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with

their backs toward the

Hĕk ̱al of

And their faces toward the east, and they were bowing themselves

eastward to the sun.

Yet in the creation story these celestial elements are simply taken as

creatures like any others

Any word Highlighted is a point to ponder the treasure hidden in

scripture

The regathering has now begun,

The robe of Righteousness that YaHuWsHua wore

The deepest mystery of creation is that YHWH gave man free will to

do as he chooses, yet YHWH directs man in such a way that in the end,

he has no option but to acknowledge that YHWH is righteousness; man

has no inner righteousness, because

Romans 3:23

All have sinned, and fall short of the splendor of YHWH

Sin is the breaking of the commandments; that produce Righteousness

1 Yâhuwchânâ’n 3:4

Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness

[Breaks Torah].

In fact, sin is lawlessness

[Being without Torah].

1 Yâhuwchânâ’n 5:17

All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not leading to death.

It is as simple as that!

1 Yâhuwchânâ’n 3:7

My sons, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is

righteous, even as He is righteous.

(That’s it in a Nutshell)

Righteousness is the gift granted you and me, in repentance, belief

and immersion, it’s the invisible seed of the Raukh HaQodesh that

YâHuWasHúa promised to send; it came down upon the true believers in

the acts of the Emissaries; has the Father promised, in the very first

chapter

The Ascension and the Promise

Acts 1:1

The first account I indeed wrote concerning all the things which our

Sovereign Yâhuwshúa` the Anointed began to both perform and to

instruct, O friend of ’Äluahiym (mighty Ones),

Friend of ’Äluahiym: probably the proper name, Theophilos. Served as

High Priest from 37 to 42 C.E. Theophilos was both a priest and a

Sadducee. It would appear that the Gospel [of Luwqá’, which was

addressed to him also] was intended to be used by others as well and

was likely targeted at Sadducee [Tzadoqim] readers. Theophilos was

the son of Annas and the brother-in-law of Caiaphas; ...he grew up in

the Temple.” Apparently he was interested in the history of

YaHuWsHua and his Talmidim. I: YaHuWsHua said he finished the work

YHWH had given him (Yoch. 17:4), so the continuation is up to us (see v.

8), just as Y’hoshua, his namesake, finished Moshe’s work. There are

many parallels between this book and Y’hoshua. Both speak of the next

step in the preparation of Y’Ishra’al to function as a people.

Acts 1:2.

Is until that day in which He was taken up, having given a command to

the pupils whom He chose through the Rúakh (spirit) of the Pure One,

(Modern version)

. Until the day he was taken up, having given orders on account of the

Raukh (Spirit) of Being Set Apart to the delegates whom he had

chosen for himself,

Acts 1:3.

To whom He also presented His Self-living after His suffering, by many

criteria of certainty, being seen by them during forty days, and

speaking the things about the Kingdom of YHWH!

To whom, after [having undergone] his suffering, he had presented

himself to be among the living through many indisputable proofs, being

seen by them over the course of forty days and discussing the things

concerning the Kingdom of YHWH.

Acts 1:4.

And, while eating bread together with Him, He charged them:

“Do not depart from Yruwshâláim; instead, stay around for the promise

of the Father, which ye did hear of Me,

And, meeting together with them, he gave them orders not to leave

Yerushalayim, but to wait around for [what] the Father had promised,

“Which you have learned about from me;

Acts 1:5.

For Yâhuwchânâ´n indeed immersed within water, but ye shall be

immersed within the Raukh (spirit) of the Pure One after not many

days.”

As Yâhuwchânâ´n indeed immersed in water; you will also be immersed

by the Raukh HaQodesh after not many of these days.”

These days: the Counting of the Omer between the Firstfruits of the

Barley Harvest and Shavuoth. Heb., Rúakh HaQodesh is the proper

name for the outer sanctuary in the Temple. It contained the menorah

(a picture of YaHuWsHua and his Talmidim, the vine and the branches),

the Table of the Bread of the Faces (a picture of the twelve tribes of

Ishra’al in unity), and the altar of incense (a picture of prayers rising

as a refreshment to YHWH). The priests would go there to trim the

wicks, maintain the coals on the altar, or change out the old bread for

the new. It was a place for working. The overall picture is of Ishra’al

back in unity again, tending to the things of YHWH in His presence,

with a Mediator interceding where needed. It is a picture of the

Kingdom that YaHuWsHua taught his Talmidim about.

The word for Rúakh, in both Greek and Hebrew, also means “Breath” or

“Wind”. YaHuWsHua went on ahead of us to establish the Kingdom, and

sent a Wind back to draw us toward the Kingdom. We need to ride it

into the Kingdom by taking the steps He reveals to us each day:

sin

SIN

'awen (H205), "iniquity; vanity; sorrow." Some scholars believe that

this term has cognates in the Arabic words 'ana, ("to be fatigued,

tired") and 'aynun ("weakness; sorrow; trouble"), or with the Hebrew

word 'ayin ("nothingness"). This relationship would imply that 'awen

means the absence of all that has true worth; hence, it would denote

Sin brought forth skin, the human race as a result of breaking

YHWH commandments in the Garden of Eden, a that time

Âthâ´m composition was of energy /light ; he was to be born into

the very family of YHWH, He was the rightful replacement for

Lucifer, who’s description in Ezekiel , grants us a small glimpse

into Âthâ´m, the last reminder we have of that light reflection

robe of Âthâ´m is our finger nails, for sin replaced light

reflection to darkness, and sin caused Âthâ´m to be barred

from the very tree of life, and become humankind

"moral worthlessness," as in the actions of wrongdoing, evil devising, or

false speaking.

You know the word sin actually means to miss the mark, scripture

speaks of two marks, the mark of HaSatan, and the mark of the set

apart (those anointed in him) one those who keep the commandments

and adhere to the testimony of YaHuWsHua HaMeshiakh

IMPORTANT

We obtain the mark of YHWH, through repentance, belief and

immersion, and the laying on of the hands of those who contended for

the true once delivered unto the saints/ disciples of YaHuWsHua, it’s a

free gift, the robe of YaHuWsHua (Raukh HaQodesh) unities with our

Raukh and we inherit the seed to his family and kingdom

Time is running out, the door will not be open for always, you have been

given another Gift (a free Rúakh/ spirit)with inherit free thought, and

word, be wise

yahuwshua

Sin separates us from our Father: Has humankind (the result of sin) we

are utterly helpless to reverse the penalty of sin.( death)

Bber 2:7

YHWH Aluahiym formed man (adamah) from the dust of the ground,

and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life(s) ; and man became a

living being.

Is a living being to house the souls "Yet that soul can die; the body

physically/ the Rúakh (soul) also

Ychezqa’l 18:4

Behold, all beings are Mine; as the being of the father, so also the

being of the son is Mine: the being who sins, he shall die.

That verse was so important it was written twice in the same chapter

Ychezqa’l 18:20

The being who sins, he shall die: the son shall not bear the iniquity of

the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son; the

righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of

the wicked shall be on him

You need to take this seriously

Mat 18:16

“But if he does not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the

mouth of two or three witnesses every word might be established.’

When sin entered creation it changed the whole structure of ’Âthâ´m,

instead of being born into the very family of YHWH cloaked in his

righteousness (of light) he now became a living nephesh chayah (living-

being dependent on air)

Sin darkens the light of righteousness

YaHuWsHua

Summoned the multitude, and said to them,

“Hear, and understand.

So YaHuWsHua said

, “Do you also still not understand? Don’t you understand that whatever

goes into the mouth passes into the belly, and then out of the body?

But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the

heart,(mind) and they defile the man. For out of the heart come forth

evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false witness,

and blasphemies. These are the things which defile the man; but to eat

with unwashed hands doesn’t defile the man.”

1 Yâhuwchânâ’n 3:8

He who sins is from the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the

beginning.

We read “Sin pays it wage” twice in scripture

Ychezqa’l 18:4

Behold, all beings are Mine; as the being of the father, so also the

being of the son is Mine: the being who sins, he shall die.

The same idiom of the reversal of this proverb is used in

YirmeYahuw 31:29,

In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten sour

grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.

Set on edge: or dulled, made blunt (by the grinding). The Aramaic

interprets this as the children being punished for their fathers’ sins.

We will no longer be held accountable for what our ancestors did

wrong. (We have been paying for what they did 2,730 years ago.)

YHWH has mercy, but there is also now no room for excuses; we will

also not get away with our own sins:

YirmeYahuw 31:30

But everyone shall die for his own iniquity: every man who eats the sour

grapes, his own teeth shall be set on edge.

But the fuller context there is the exile of both houses of Y’Ishra’al

Repentance is not a human trait; it comes from fear of YHWH; it

breaks the very spirit of man, and returns one to clay to be molded

again, by the hand of the father……

Many times he has broken this pot, because it was not the shape has

he wanted……………

My sins are forgiven but the punishment is still there, actions have

consequences, even though today. I have long since repented of my

sins, (entered into immersion) ( both Physical and Raukhual) those I

hurt, have cast me aside, I pray daily for their forgiveness, in tears on

bended knee, I ask for nothing in return, yet being alone is a prison

unto itself; my father knows my heart ( the seat of my mind) and I

think often on the words “ if only” I know “ I AM “ not worthy;

His Torah is being written on my heart by daily constant meditation

and habitual rehearsing its in my mind until it becomes second nature.

What is written (engraved) our hearts is not easily forgotten

How can one be cleansed?

Tehillim. 119 (beyt)

How can a young man cleanse his way?

By living according to Your Word. With my whole heart, I have sought

You. Don’t let me wander from Your Commandments. I have hidden Your

Word in my heart that I might not sin against You. Blessed are You, O

YHWH Teach me Your statutes. With my lips, I have declared all the

ordinances of Your mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of Your

testimonies, as much as in all riches. I will meditate on Your precepts,

and consider Your Ways. I will delight myself in Your statutes.

I will not forget Your Word.

YirmeYahuw 31:27

Behold, the days come, says YHWH, that I shall sow the House of

Ishra’al and the House of YahuwDah with the seed of man, and with

the seed of animals.

Which will be accomplished within a few weeks of Y’hezq’al’s prophecy

here. Thus all of Y’Ishra’al is still inheriting the punishment their

fathers earned. But this "inclusion" puts all of Y’Ishra’al in the

category of guilty

But Joy of Joys

Rom. 11:32

For YHWH has shut up [sugkleio, "locked up"] ALL to disobedience,

that He might have compassion on ALL.

And this sets the stage for the Renewed Covenant for both houses

together.

Heb 8:10ff

But this is the covenant I will make with the people of Yshra’al on

That Day, says YHWH, I will put My Torah in their minds so they will

understand them and I will write them on their hearts so they will

obey them. I will be their Aluahiym, and they will be My people

Thus, though he begins to foretell it now, this promise does not apply

immediately. The correction must come first. The exile is just

beginning, and in some ways it will last about 2,600 years. Some try to

say that if each one will die for his own sins, and all one needs to do to

be counted righteous again is repent (as the rest of this chapter would

seem to imply), then YaHuWsHua’s blood slaughter was not necessary—

and YahuwDah often concludes that no blood slaughter is necessary

today because of this chapter.

But many other Scriptures

(notably chapters 40-49 of this very book)

Make it clear that blood slaughter will again be a regular activity in the

Temple that is yet to come, and without YaHuWsHua’s slaughter for

the whole nation

(Yâhuwchânâ’n 11:50),

the tribes that had forsaken the covenant could not have been

regathered, nor can there be a Kingdom without the King. So the

assertions made in this chapter, like those in the “New Covenant” must

be taken in the overall context of the rest of Scripture, not in

isolation. Since the regathering has now begun, though, our emphasis

must be on making sure we do not continue in the sins of our ancestors,

so that we will not continue to inherit the curse they brought upon

themselves and us.

Deut. 27:26

"'Cursed is [anyone] who does not uphold the words of this instruction

by carrying them out.' And all the people shall say, 'Amen!'

Cursed is he who doesn’t confirm the words of this Torah to do them.’

All the people shall say, ‘Amein.’”

Uphold: or ratify, establish, apply, implement, and continue in an

already-existing authority, with the sense of making it foundational—

not thinking you are really a Bible-believer while you are marginalizing

the Torah. It is our job not just to hear the Torah, but to let it

change our walk and make sure it is clear for all Ishra’al to see. The

priests and the whole nation formed a great cloud of witnesses. All of

us in the Northern Kingdom had ancestors who completely gave up on

continuing in the Torah (instruction), and everyone has gaps in his

obedience, so we are all under a curse.

But

Yirmeyahu (11:1ff)

and

Y’hezq’al (18:26ff)

uphold the fact that we would not be cursed if we turn back to Torah.

Y’hoshua 8:33

tells us that rather than standing on the two mountains

(as verses 12 and 13 specified),

which are only two miles apart, they only stood in front of the two

mountains, to give the blessings and curses. Already they were

deviating from Moshe’s instruction, opening the door for the next

generation to almost completely forget YHWH’s instructions.

Cursed is he who doesn’t confirm the words of this Torah to do them.’

All the people shall say, ‘Amein.’”

Finally

Lawlessness

Titus wrote

For the Favour of YHWH has been revealed, bringing deliverance to all

people. And we are instructed to turn from wicked living and sinful

pleasures. We should live in this evil world with self-control, right

conduct, and devotion to YHWH, while we look forward to that

wonderful event when the splendor of our great Mighty One and Life-

Giver, YaHuWsHua HaMeshiakh, will be manifested. Who gave His

Self for us in order that He might ransom us from all lawlessness,

and cleanse for Himself a people to treasure, zealous of good

works. You must teach these things and encourage your people to do

them, correcting them when necessary. You have the authority to do

this, so don't let anyone ignore you or disregard what you say.

Or have you forgotten so soon

Mt. 1:21

And look! She shall bring forth a son. You shall call His name

YaHuWsHua, for it is "He Who will save His people from their sins".”

(this is the exact meaning of His Name in Ibriy .....

YaHuWsHua = I AM HE who SAVES)

Acts 3:19

“Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out,

so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of

YHWH,

Alternate reading: 19.

“Therefore chisel out your [mistakes] and turn back in order that what

you got out of line may be wiped clean [from memory] and coated back

over and seasons of refreshment may come upon you from before

YHWH, Chisel: dig, hollow, scrape as an engraving scribe does. Turn

back: reverse, restore, refresh, in the same imagery of the engraver

obliterating his mistake and going back over it to fill it in with new

mortar so it can be rewritten correctly:

LISTEN

Acts3:25-26

You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which

YHWH made with our Fathers, saying to Abraham, For I shall surely

bless you and I shall surely increase your Seed as the stars of the

skies and as the sand that is on the shore of the sea, and your Seed

will possess the gates of His enemies,] And all of the heathen masses

of the earth shall be blessed through your Seed, [because you obeyed

Me.]”

[Bber22: 17-18]

The Mighty One, when He raised up His Son YaHuWsHua, sent Him to

you first, blessing you by turning each of you away from your wicked

ways.”

We are commisioned to bring hope to those who are lost

“He said,

“I am YaHuWsHuaof Netsarowth,

Nevertheless get up and stand on your feet, for I appeared to you for

this purpose: to appoint you an attendant and a witness both of that

you did see Me and that in the future I shall appear to you, rescuing

you from among the people of YehuwDdah and other people unto whom

I send you forth now,To open their eyes,

That they may turn from the darkness unto the Light

and from the authority of the Adversary unto YHWH, that they may

receive liberation from sins and an inheritance among those that have

been purified by the persuasion in Me.”

Romans 6:1.

What shall we say, then? That we should continue in sin so that grace

might overflow?

These seems a logical conclusion, and indeed one that some have

drawn.

Romans 6:2.

May it never be! How can we who died to sin continue to live in it?

Shall those who have put our confidence in the Obedient one go on

living in disobedience? (Nanos) Why should we who have been given a

new nature which is obedient keep living according to the old? While

YHWH sovereignly used sin’s presence to provide a starker background

by which to highlight His love and purity, sin is now a foreign thing to

us, and thus is no longer appropriate, even though the penalty has

already been paid.

Romans 6:3.

Or aren’t you aware that all who were immersed into Meshiakh

YaHuWsHua were immersed into His death?

Ritual immersion as had been practiced by Ishra’al for centuries

before this is a picture of dying--a clean break with an old condition--

and entering into a new life. It is used when converting to the worship

of YHWH, when re-entering a ritually pure condition after being in a

state of defilement, when taking on a new role (such as priest), and

when preparing to enter the Temple, the symbol of YHWH’s presence

on earth. Crossing the Yarden River into the Sacred Land was another

example of the same imagery; thus it is very appropriate that the only

recorded instance of YaHuWsHua’s immersion was also in the Yarden

River, making both pictures converge!

Romans 6:4.

Thus we were buried with Him through immersion into His death, in

order that just as Meshiakh was raised from the dead in glory of the

Father, we should likewise walk in newness of life.

Glory: majesty as exhibited in deeds of power, by which His name

comes to be held in high estimation. Newness: Aramaic, renewal.

Bullinger’s Companion Bible renders it “life-long newness”. Guthrie

summarizes: “Salvation from wrath… is only the negative side of

[justification]. If [Meshiakhs] death achieves the negative aspect, His

life is the basis for the positive.”

Romans 6:5.

For if we have been planted together in the representation of His

death, we shall certainly also be [united with Him] in the resurrection;

Planted together: Bullinger, identified. While the main uniting is with

Meshiakh, there is room for this statement to include the two Houses

of Ishra’al (here seen as Jew and Gentile) also being united to one

another in the process. Representation (depiction) of His death: that

is, the immersion mentioned above, by which we demonstrate that

identification openly. The term actually means a likeness “well-nigh to

equality”. (Thayer)

Romans 6:6.

knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, so that the body

could cease to operate as an instrument of sin, and we should

therefore no longer be slaves to sin,

Our old man: or humanity--the nature inherited from Adam, with its

corrupted traits; the underlying “sin” that only results in “sins”, the

particular instances. Contrast with the “new man” of Eph. 2:15; 4:24;

Col. 3:10. Cease to operate as: or, that the body of sin might be

deprived of its effectiveness by disuse; Aramaic, be annulled. This is

an indirect answer to the charge that the Torah was being “done away

with”—the same word used in 3:31. This connection explains his logic in

the next two chapters that it is we, not the Torah, that are done away

with. Doing away with the sins is not enough; the sinner must be

executed, so the motivating factor itself changes, not just the actions,

though by the same token, the actions must change or there is no

evidence that the

Romans 6:7.

because whoever has died has been freed from sin.

Freed: legally acquitted from the jurisdiction of sin, since, in

YHWH’s eyes, if Meshiakh died in our place, it is truly we who have

died. (Grubb) Having participated in YaHuWsHua’s death means that we

have no obligation to our passions or old habits, just as a freed slave

can disregard any commands his former master shouts at him, though

shout he still does and the conditioning runs deep.

Romans 6:8.

But if we died with the Meshiakh, we have confidence that we shall

also live with Him,

This gives new meaning to the old hymn that asks, “Were you there

when He rose up from the grave?” Indeed we were!

Romans 6:9.

[since we] know that the Meshiakh was raised from the dead, never to

die again; death no longer holds power over Him.

Others were raised from the dead, but assumedly died again, since

they were brought back into the same fallen, corrupt bodies.

Romans 6:10.

For [the death] that He died, He died once and for all [in reference]

to sin, but insofar as He is alive, He [keeps on] living for YHWH.

As in 5:15, the positive aspect prevails: though death accomplished

this separation from the cancer that had overtaken us, the real intent

was to bring us to the lifestyle we were always meant to have—as

“slaves to righteousness” (v. 18). The Torah lifestyle (when the spirit

behind it is understood properly) is what holds the old nature at bay.

To the immediate audience, this meant subordinating freedoms that

they found enjoyable (v. 17; 12:1ff; 16;17) to the higher goal of being

able to reunite with a Yehudah that was still hesitant to believe that

YHWH had also brought new life to these “Gentiles” as well (ch. 14-15),

thus proving that the Meshiakh (whose role it is to inaugurate this)

must have already come. If we are in Him, and He in us, every bit of

our energy should be moving in the same direction, not working against

what He is doing:

Romans 6:11.

You, too, must then recognize yourselves to be dead indeed in regard

to sin, but alive for YHWH's sake, in identification with the Meshiakh

(who is our Master, YaHuWsHua).

Recognize: or consider; let this understanding so pervade your

consciousness so as to make the positional truth effective in

practicality.

Romans 6:12.

So do not let sin be "king" in regard to your mortal body, [pulling you

back] under a [perceived obligation to] listen to its cravings;

Mortal body: Aramaic, dead body, referring back to the body that

has been immersed into YaHuWsHua’s death, and thus declared dead as

far

as any obligation to sin is concerned. Cravings: Aramaic, pantings.

Romans 6:13.

neither should you yield yourselves to sin as tools of unrighteousness,

but rather place yourselves at YHWH’s disposal, as alive but having

come out of a condition of being dead, and yield the members of your

bodies to YHWH as instruments of righteousness,

Tools: passively used for another’s purpose, as pawns for YHWH’s

antagonist (for no one can be anything but a slave to either sin or

YHWH, v. 16). Contrast this with the active, conscious yielding to a new

Master.

Romans 6:14.

because sin shall no longer lord it over you, since you are no longer

subject to Torah, but to the power of YHWH's empowering favor..

No longer subject to Torah: i.e., not under its authority to condemn

you, though this is for the purpose of now becoming its active partners.

Paul contrasts it to YHWH’s empowerment in a way he never does with

the Torah itself (7:12), so this term must, like “the works of Torah”,

have referred to a particular heresy that misunderstands what

obedience to Torah means.Stern renders “Torah” here as “legalistic

interpretation of Torah”. and notes that the Greek word nomos, which

can mean Torah or any law, stems from a Hebrew/Aramaic root

meaning “to civilize” or “make polite”, which is indeed what the Torah

does for us. There is no choice but to be obedient now; the choice is

between whether to submit to Meshiakh “easy yoke” (Mat. 11:28ff) or a

view of Torah as burdensome, which emphasizes its power to condemn.

Empowering favor: includes both amnesty for sin and the ability

generously given to be able to accomplish what Torah aimed at--the

positive effects of holiness, without unnecessary fear of being

condemned for going about it wrongly. Since YaHuWsHua has

undergone the penalty for the time when we were not obedient, Torah

now has only positive meaning for those who submit to it: teaching us

countless things about YHWH and His Meshiakh (Heb. 10:7), bringing

us great reward (Tehillim 19:11), freeing us from unnecessary obstacles

(Ex. 15:26; Yehoshua 1:8). Our attitude toward it now can be one of

unmixed love. (Tehillim. 119:97) How this became translated to ignoring

it completely is a sample of the subtlety of the enemy’s deceit. How

can we ignore a house plan and expect to build the house correctly?

Romans 6:15.

What then? Shall we sin because we are no longer under the Torah's

[condemnation], but under YHWH's empowering favor? May it never

be!

We are never “above” Torah, but we are “beside” it as its partners

once we have internalized it. (Gal. 3:19-4:7) Empowering favor: includes

both amnesty for our failings, “grace” time bought for us to become

what we had ceased to be, and positive encouragement by which He

motivates us to obey from the heart. This should result in fuller

obedience than isolated, disjointed legalistic commands ever could

prompt.

Romans 6:16.

Don't you know that you become slaves, obligated to obey whichever

master you yield yourselves to—whether it be sin, which results in

death, or the obedience that results in righteousness?

Romans 6:17.

But thanks be to YHWH that though you were slaves to sin, you

obeyed from the heart a standard of teaching into which you were

delivered,

A standard of teaching: or, paradigm of a new lifestyle— the same

one decided upon at the Yerushalayim Council (Acts 15:22-31) of what

is incumbent on non-Jews to be considered “righteous” (16:17).

Romans 6:18.

and, having been liberated from sin, you were made subject to

righteousness.

Made subject: If we leave one area of servitude, we by definition

enter the service of the other. The Exodus freed Ishra’al from

Pharaoh to serve YHWH. To be free from sin’s control while still in

fallen bodies, there is still a discipline by which we must live (Torah),

but it has no direct connection with earning YHWH’s favor. It is a myth

that we can actually serve self; that is really only one more form of

serving sin. These non-Jewish believers were claiming to be free from

the Torah, but there is no “freedom” in an absolute sense, but only

freedom from one of the only two masters that truly exist, so that we

are free TO serve the other.

Romans 6:19.

I am speaking in human terms on account of your human nature's

inability to understand this: with that in mind, just as you yielded the

members of your [bodies] into servitude to uncleanness and to one kind

of lawlessness after another, so now "enlist" your bodies in the service

of righteousness, whose outcome will be sanctification.

Your…inability to understand: This is a mild rebuke to those who

prided themselves on their “ability” to understand something their

Jewish neighbors could not. (Ch. 14-15) One kind of lawlessness after

another: being sucked deeper and deeper into things contrary to

Torah. Enlist: yield yourself rather than being "drafted" against your

will into another, unprofitable, kind of service. But he has in mind a

particular result to be gained by their step-by-step growth in holiness

which is larger than a merely personal lifestyle of righteousness: the

salvation of Jews who do not yet believe. (Ch. 9-12). For this reason he

asks them to suppress their bodily lusts (in this case, culinary tastes)

for a higher purpose.

Romans 6:20.

Since we are using such terms, then [we could say that] when you were

in the service of sin, you were "free" with regard to righteousness;

Romans 6:21.

but tell me, what fruit did you have then from the labors over which

you are now ashamed? For the final [installment of the] payback from

those things is [nothing but] death!

Final payback: we could render it “severance pay”.

Romans 6:22.

But now that you have been set free from sin and "enlisted" in YHWH's

service, you have your fruit, which leads to being made holy--and has

everlasting life as its final “kickback”,

Romans 6:23.

since the [only] "benefit" sin pays is death, while the "bonus" that

comes from YHWH is eternal life in Meshiakh YaHuWsHua, our

Master.

Benefit: soldier's pay or allowance, especially the part given in lieu of

money. Bonus: an unearned, free gift.

Eph. 2:1

Once you were dead, doomed forever because of your many sins.

Eph. 2: 2

You used to live just like the rest of the world, full of sin, obeying

satan, the mighty prince of the power of the air. He is this ruwach at

work in the sons of rebellious disbelief.

Eph. 2:3

All of us used to live that way, following the passions and desires of

our evil nature. We were born with an evil nature, and we were under

YHWH's anger just like everyone else.

Eph. 2:4

But YHWH is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so very much,

Eph. 2:5

that even while we were dead because of our sins, He gave us life when

He raised haMashiyach from the dead. (It is only by YHWH's special

favor that you have been saved!)

Eph. 2: 6

For He raised us from the dead along with haMashiyach, and we are

seated in Him in the heavenly realms--all because we are one in

haMashiyach YaHuWSHua

Eph. 2: 7

that in the Ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His

favor, in kindness toward us through haMashiyach YaHuWsHua.

Eph. 2:8-9

YHWH saved you by His special favor when you believed. And you can't

take credit for this (belief); it is a gift from YHWH. Deliverance is not

a reward for the good things we have done [works], so none of us can

boast about it.

Eph. 2: 10

For we are YHWH's workmanship/achievement. He has created us

anew in haMashiyach YaHuWsHua, so that we can do the good things

He planned for us long ago.

"By loving kindness you are saved through belief, not something we

earn nor a reward for works, so there can be no boasting on our part."

.. from Wachira

"By [YHWH's] added provision we are rescued, through belief, and

[even] that is not from ourselves; it is YHWH's gift, so that no one

may boast", ... because we are His workmanship, created in haMashiakh

unto [particular] good works, which YHWH has ordained in advance for

us to walk in."

Be not blind to the truth

And, hinnei, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard

that YâHuWsHúa` passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O

YHWH, [thou] Ben David. An YâHuWsHúa` stood still, and called them,

and said, what will ye that I shall do unto you they say unto Him,
