I'm looking out my window at the field of sparkling snow, And thinking of the fun we had so many years ago. Of sitting in the grain shovel, and sliding down a hill. Or riding an old inner tube would give us quite a thrill. There was no money then, for snowboard or for skis. Or to drive up to a ski resort and pay the hefty fees.
