“Therefore remember Me (by praying, glorifying, etc.). I will

remember you, and be grateful to Me (for My countless

This is the Raatibul Haddaad which is known as the invincible stronghold.

Compiled by the Pillar of Guidance, beloved Abdullah the son of Alawiy Al

Haddaad who, during his life, strived in the way to lead the people in the

right direction. May Allah cause us to benefit from him and from his

knowledge and blessings in both worlds. O Allah let it be so. Insha’Allah

Ameen

Al faatiha

To the presence of the Prophet Mustafa Muhammad, peace be upon him.

May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and upon his family and

companions, his wives and his descendants and upon the distinguished

people of his household.

(Recite the Fatiha)

Inna Allaha wamala-ikatahu yusalloonaAAala annabiyyi ya ayyuha allatheenaamanoo salloo AAalayhi wasallimoo tasleema

God and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send

ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect. (Surah 33 - Al-'Aĥzāb, verse 56)

Allahumma Solli wa salliem a’laa sayyidina Muhammadinil faatihi lima uhliqa wal khaatimi lima sabaq. Wannaasiril haqqa bil haqqi walhaadee ilaa sirotikal

mustaqeem. Wa a’laa aalihi, wa as-haabihee haqqan qadri wa miqdaarihil a’theem.

O Allah! Send blessing and peace upon our master Muhammad who was the opener of that which was closed and the seal (of prophets) that came before

him. And he was the helper of truth and he was the guider to the straight path. (O Allah) send also Thy blessings and peace upon his family and companions

the amount of his great character and his outstanding value.

Surat Al-Fātiĥah (The Opening Prayer)

A-oothobillahi minash shaytaan nirajeem. Bismi Allahi arrahmani arraheem.

Alhamdu lillahi rabbi alAAalameen. Arrahmani arraheem. Maliki yawmi

addeen. Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeen Ihdina assirata

almustaqeem. Sirata allatheena anAAamta AAalayhim ghayri almaghdoobi

AAalayhim wala addalleen. Ameen

I seek refuge from Satan the accursed one. In the name of Allah, Most

Gracious, Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the

worlds; Most Gracious, Most Merciful; Master of the Day of Judgment. Thee

do we worship, and Thine aid we seek. Show us the straightway, The way of

those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not

wrath, and who go not astray. Ameen

Wa-ilahukum ilahun wahidunla ilaha illa huwa arrahmanuarraheem

And your Allah is One Allah: There is no god but He, Most Gracious, Most

Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqarah verse 163 - سورة البقرة)

Allahu la ilaha illa huwa alhayyu alqayyoomu la ta'khuthuhu sinatun wala nawmun lahu ma fee assamawati wama fee al-ardi man tha allathee

yashfaAAu AAindahu illa bi-ithnihi yaAAlamu ma bayna aydeehim wama khalfahum wala yuheetoona bishay-in min AAilmihi illa bima shaa wasiAAa

kursiyyuhu assamawati wal-arda wala yaooduhu hifthuhuma wahuwa alAAaliyyu alAAatheem

Allah! There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on

earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them.

Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue

in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

Lillahi ma fee assamawatiwama fee al-ardi wa-in tubdoo ma feeanfusikum aw

tukhfoohu yuhasibkum bihi Allahufayaghfiru liman yashao wayuAAaththibu

man yashaowallahu AAala kulli shay-in qadeer

To Allah belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth. Whether ye show

what is in your minds or conceal it, Allah Calleth you to account for it. He

forgiveth whom He pleaseth, and punisheth whom He pleaseth, for Allah hath

power over all things

Amana arrasoolu bimaonzila ilayhi min rabbihi walmu minoona kullun

amanabillahi wamala-ikatihi wakutubihiwarusulihi la nufarriqu bayna ahadin

min rusulihiwaqaloo samiAAna waataAAna ghufranakarabbana wa-ilayka

almaseer

The Messenger believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as

do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in Allah, His angels, His

books, and His messengers. "We make no distinction (they say) between one

and another of His messengers." And they say: "We hear, and we obey: (We

seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys."

La yukallifu Allahu nafsanilla wusAAaha laha ma kasabatwaAAalayha ma

iktasabat rabbana latu-akhithna in naseena aw akhta narabbana wala tahmil

AAalayna isrankama hamaltahu AAala allatheena minqablina rabbana wala

tuhammilnama la taqata lana bihi waAAfuAAanna waghfir lana

warhamnaanta mawlana fansurna AAalaalqawmi alkafireen

On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every

good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) "Our Lord!

Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a

burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not

on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and

grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us

against those who stand against faith."

ال إله إال اهلل وحده ال شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد يحيي . ويميت وهو على كل شيء قدير

Laa ila ha illalahu wahdahu la shareekalahu. Lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu

yuhee wa youmeet wa huwa ‘ala kulli shayin qodir

There is no other god but Allah; He is One and has no partner. To Him belongs the kingdom of heaven and earth, and to Him is due all praise. He

gives life and causes death; and He has the power over all things.

.س بحان اهلل والحمد لله وال إله إال اهلل واهلل اكب ر

Sub hanallahi walhamdu lillahi wala ilaha illalalahu wallahu akbar

Glory be to Allah; and all praise is due to Allah. There is no other god but Allah and Allah is the greatest.

.سبحان اهلل وبحمده سبحان اهلل العظيم

Sub hanallahi wabi hamdihi subhanallahil a’theem

Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him. Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent.

نا إنك أنت الت واب الرحيم .رب نا اغفر لنا وتب علي

Rabbanag firlanaa watub ‘alayna. Innaka antat towaabur raheem

O Our Lord! Forgive our sins, and accept our repentance. Verily Thou art the Accepter of repentance; The Merciful.

Allahumma Solli ‘alaa Muhammad. Allahumma Solli ‘alayhi wa sallam

O Allah! Send blessings upon Muhammad. O Allah! Send peace and blessings upon him.

.أعوذ بكلمات اهلل التآمات من شر ما خلق

A uthu bi kalimaatillahi taam maati min sharri maa galaq

I seek refuge in Allah; with His perfect words, from the evil which He has created.

بس م اهلل الذي ال يض ر مع إس مه شيء في األرض وال في . السم آء وهو السمي ع العلي م

Bismillahil lathe laa yathurru ma’a ismihi shayun fil arthee wa laa fis samaa-i wa huwas same-ul ‘aleem

In the name of Allah; One by virtue of whose name, nothing in this world nor in the heavens can do harm and He is All Hearing, All Knowing.

ن ا باهلل ربا وباإلس الم دين ا وبمحمد .رسوالنبي ا رضي

Ratheenaa billahi Robbow, Wa bil Islaami deena. Wa bi Muhammadir Rasulan Nabiyya

We are pleased with Allah as our Lord. And with Islam as our religion; and with Muhammad (SAW) as our apostle and messenger.

ر والش ر بمشيئ ة اهلل .بسم اهلل والحمد لله والخي

Bismillahi wal hamdu lillah. Wal ghayru wa sharru bima she-atillah

In the name of Allah and all praise is due to Allah. And the good and bad is with the will of Allah.

.آمنا باهلل والي وم اآلخر ت بنا إلى اهلل باطنا وظاهراAamanna billahi wal yowmil akhir. Tubnaa ilallahi baati nouwa thohir

We believe in Allah and the last day. We repent to Allah in secret and in the open.

.يا رب نا واعف عنا وامح الذي كان مناYaa Robbanaa wa’fu annaa. Wamhul lathe kaana minnaa

O Our Lord! Pardon us, and erase (the sins) we have committed.

.يا ذا الجالل واإلكرام أمتنا على دين اإلسالم Yaa thal Jalaali wal Ikraam. Amitnaa ‘alaa deenil Islam

O Lord of Majesty and Bounty! Cause us to die on the religion of Islam.

.إكفنا شر الظالمي ن يا قوي يا متي ن Yaa Qowwiyun, Yaa Mateen. Ikfi sharrath tholimeen

O the Most Powerful, O the Most Firm. Keep away from us the evil of those who are unjust.

. اهلل شر المؤذين يصرف و أصلح اهلل أمور المسلمين Aslahallahu umural muslimeen. Sorafallahu sharral mu’theen

(May) Allah make easy the affairs of the Muslims. May Allah keep away (from us) the evil of those who do harm.

Yaa ‘Aliyu, Ya Kabeer. Ya A’leemu, Yaa Qodeeru, Yaa Samee-u, Yaa

Baseeru, Yaa Lateefu, Yaa Khabeer

O Most High One; O Greatest One; O One who Knows all; O Powerful One; O One who Hears; O One who Sees; O One who is Gracious; O One who will Inform is.

.يا فارج الهم يا كاشف الغم يا من لعبده ي غفر وي رحم

Yaa Faarijal hamm. Yaa kaashifal gham. Yaa manli a’abdihi yaghfiru wa yarham.

O Dispeller of worries. O Uncoverer of grief and distress. O One who is with His servant Most Merciful and Forgiving.

.أست غفر اهلل رب الب رايا أست غفر اهلل من الخطايا

Astagafirullaha, Robbal barayaa. Astagafirullaha, minnal Ghotaaya

I seek forgiveness from Allah, Lord of the creation. I seek forgiveness from Allah, from the sins.

The (only one to be) adored. There is no God, but Allah (recite 50-100 times)

ورضي اهلل تعالى عن كل الصحابة أجمعين

Laa ilaha illalahu, sayidunaa Muhammadur Rasululah (SAW). Wa sharrafa, wa karrama, wa majjada, wa athhoma, wa rathiyallahu ta’ala ‘an kullis

sohaabati ajma-een

There is no god but Allah, our master Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. May Allah send peace and blessings on him, and may Allah elevate

him, and honour him, and exalt him and magnify him. And may Allah The Almighty be pleased with all of his companions.

ال إله إال اهلل واهلل اكب ر Laa ilaha ilallahu wallahu Akbar

There is no god but Allah and Allah is the greatest

سي دنا محمد رسول اهلل صلى

اهلل عليه وسلم وشرف وكرم ومجد وعظم

Qul huwa Allahu ahad. Allahu assamad. Lam yalid walam yoolad. Walam

yakun lahu kufuwan ahad

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth

not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.

Qul aAAoothu birabbi alfalaq. Min sharri ma khalaq. Wamin sharri ghasiqin

ithawaqab. Wamin sharri annaffathatifee alAAuqad. Wamin sharri hasidin

itha hasad.

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn. From the mischief of created

things; From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads; From the mischief of

those who practise secret arts;And from the mischief of the envious one as he

practises envy.

ال إله إال اهلل واهلل اكب ر Laa ilaha ilallahu wallahu Akbar

There is no god but Allah and Allah is the greatest

Qul aAAoothu birabbi annas. Maliki annas. Ilahi annas. Min sharri alwaswasi

alkhannas. Allathee yuwaswisu fee sudoori annas. Mina aljinnati wannas

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind, The King (or

Ruler) of Mankind, The god (or judge) of Mankind, - From the mischief of the

Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),- (The same) who

whispers into the hearts of Mankind,-Among Jinns and among men.

Al Fātiha

Al fatiha. Ilaa Ilaa ruuhi Sayyidina wa Habibina wa Shafi'ina Rasulillah-i

Muhammad ibni 'Abdillah-i Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam wa aalihi wa as-

haabihi wa azwaajihi wa dhurriyatihi bi Annallaha yu'lee darajaatihim fi'l

jannah wa yanfa'unaa bi-asraarihim wa anwaarihim wa 'ulumihim

fi'd deen wa'd dunyaa wa'l aakhirah. Wa yaj'alunaa min hizbihim wa

yarzuqunaa mahabbatahum. Wa yatawaffaanaa 'alaa millatihim. Wa

yahshurunaa fee zumratihim fee ghayrin wa lutfin wa aafiya bi sirril Fatiha

To the holy soul of our noble Master, our Beloved, our Intercessor

The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad son of 'Abd Allah. Allah Bless and grant

him Peace!-and his Family, his Companions, his wives, his Descendants; that

Allah exalt them in the Garden

and grant us to benefit from their spiritual secrets and their lights,

and their knowledge in religion, the world and in the Hereafter, and

make us to be among their party, and nourish us with love for them, and make

us to die in their way of religion, and assemble us in the Final Gathering in

their Group. In goodness and kindness and good health.

(recite Surahtul Fatiha)

Al Fatiha ilaa ruhi sayyidinal Muhaajiri ilaa-Allah. Ahmed ibn Isaa wa ilaa

ruhi sayyidinaal-Faqih al-Muqaddam Muhammad ibni 'Ali Baa 'Alawi wa

usulihi wa dhawi'l huquqi 'alaihim ajma'een Annallaha yaghfiru lahum wa

yarhamuhum wa yu'lee darajaatihim fi'l jannah.Wa yanfa'unaa bi-

asraarihim wa anwaarihim wa 'ulumihim fi'd deen wa'd dunyaa

wa'l aakhirah

To the soul of our noble master, Al Muhajir Ilallah Ahmed bin Isa and to the

soul of our noble master, the foremost in discernment, Muhammad ibn 'Ali

Ba 'Alawi, and his genealogical root and its branches, as well as all those who

have rights over them that Allah forgive them, and have mercy on them, and

grant them lofty ranks in the Garden, and grant us to benefit from their

spiritual secrets, their lights, their various knowledge in the

religion, in the world, and in the Hereafter.

(recite Surahtul Fatiha)

Ilaa arwaahi'l awliyaa'i washuhadaa-i wa's saaliheen. wa'l a'immati'r

raashideen thumma ilaa arwaahi waalideena wa mashaayikhina wa dhawi'l

huquqi 'alaynaa ajma'een. Wa alayhim ajma-een. Thumma ila arwahi haathi

hil baldatam minal muslimeena wal muslimaat. Annallaha yaghfiru lahum wa

yarhamuhum wa yu'lee darajaatihim fi'l jannah. Wa yanfa'unaa bi

asraarihim wa anwaarihim wa 'ulumihim fi'd deen waddunya wa'l

aakhirah

Al-Fatihata

Then to the souls of the friends of Allah (saints), the matyrs and the pious

people as well as the rightly-guided leaders. Then to the souls of our parents,

our elders (or learned men), and all those who have rights over us. Then to the

souls of the departed of this town from among the Muslim men and women.

May Allah Almighty forgive then and have mercy on them and elevate their

ranks in paradise. And grant us to benefit from their spiritual secrets,

their light and their knowledge in religion, the world, and in the

hereafter.

Bi'l qabul wa tamaami kulli su'l wa ma'mulinwa salaahi'sh sha'n zaahiran wa

baatinan fi'd deen wa'd dunya wa'l aakhirah daafi'atan li kulli sharr jaalibatan

li kulli khayr lanaa wa li waalideenaa wa awladina, wa ahbaabina, wa

mashaayikhina fi'd deen. ma'allutfi wa'l 'aafiyati wa 'alaa niyyati Annallaha

yunawwiru qulubanaa wa qawaalibanaa ma'alhuda wattuqaa wa'l 'afaafi wa'l

mawti 'alaa Deeni'l Islam-i wa'l Imaan bilaa mihnatin wa laa imtihaanin bi-

haqqi Sayyidi waladi 'Adnan wa li kulli niyyatin saalihatin wa ilaa Hadratin

nabbiyi Sallallahu 'alaihi wa Sallam.

That Allah kindly accept our works and make complete all requests that are

hoped for, and make good our affairs, both manifest and hidden, in religion in

this world and in the Hereafter; and that He may repel evil from us and attract

good for us, our parents, our children, our loved ones, our teachers of religion,

with grace and well-being, with the intention that Allah may illuminate our

hearts and our souls with godliness and guidance and purity, and make us to

die in the Religion of Islam in true belief and faith without trial and

examination by right of our Master the son of 'Adnan (Muhammad) and with

every good intention. And (finally) to the holy presence of the prophet - Allah

bless him and give him peace.

هم انا نسألك رضاك والجنة و ن عوذبك من سخطك والنار اللAllahumma inna nasalooka ridhoka wal jannah. Wa na u’thubika mien

sahatika wan naar (3) O Allah! We appeal to Thee for Thy satisfaction and Thy paradise; and we seek

refuge in Thee from Thine anger and the hellfire.

رعنا و عافنا واعف عنا و كن يا عالم الس ر منا ال ت هتك الس ت لنا حيث كنا

Yaa ‘Alimaa sitru minnaa laa tah tiekas sitru ‘annaa wa ‘aa finaa wa’fu’annaa wa kunlanaa haythu kunnaa (3)

O Knower of our secrets; do not rip our cover (of evil) from us. Grant us health and pardon us and be with us wherever we are.

يا الله لنا با لسعادة ، وال خاتمة بالشهادة Yaa Allahu lanaa bis sa’aadaa, wal khotimati bishahaadaa (3)

O Allah! We ask Thee prosperity and to end off our lives with the kalimah

(declaration of faith)

ه بدعوة مجابة والعرش المفت وح بابه ،يا اللYa Allahu Bid’a watim mujaabah, wal ‘arshil maftuhi baa baa (3)

O Allah! We appeal to Thee that our prayer be accepted, and the door of the Throne be open (to us for mercy).

يالله لنا بالسالمة من هول يوم القيامةYa allahulana bi salama min howli youmil qiyama

O Allah! We ask Thee safety, On the day of resurrection

ه بشربة هنيأة ، من يد خير البرية ياللYaa Allahu bishurbatin hanee-a, min yadi ghayril bariyyah (3)

O Allah! We appeal to Thee for a pleasant drink (on the day of qiyamah) from the hand of the best of creation (Muhammad (SAW)).

ه بت وبة و ق ب ول وإحسان ه بت وبة ق ب ول درج ،يا الل يا الل االكفان

Yaa Allahu bitowbatin wa qaboolin wa ihsaan, Yaa Allahu bitowbatin qaboolin darjil akfaan (3)

O Allah! We appeal to Thee to accept our repentance and good deeds, O Allah! Accept our repentance before we are wrapped in the shrouds (kafan)

O Allah! Grant this to us, O Allah! Grant this to us, O Allah! Grant us a good ending

يا رب جمعا طلبن منك مغفرة و حسن الخاتمة Yaa Rabbie Jan’aan Tolabna mienka maghfiratan was husnal khaatimah (3)

Al Faatiha

O Lord! (who will bring everything together on the day of reckoning) we seek from Thee forgiveness and a good ending. (Recite the Faatiha).

نا بها من جميع االهوال ي صالة بركة صالة رحمة صالة ت نج رنا بها من لنا بها جميع الحاجات ، و تطه واآلفات ، و ت قضي

جميع السي ئات ، و ت رف عنا بها عندك أعلى الدرجات ، و رات ، فى الح ياة و ت ب ل غنا بها أقصى الغايات من جميع الخي

Solatanm barakatan, solatan rahmatan, solatan tunajeena biha min jamee’iel ahwaali wal afaat. Wa toqtheelanaa biha jamee’ul hajaat. Wa tutahirunaa biha min jamee’is sayyiaat. Wa tarfa-una biha indaka aladarajaat. Wa tuballighuna biha aqsol ghayaat. Min jami-il khayraat. Fil hayati wa ba’dal mamaat. Innaka alaa kulli shayin qodir.

A salutation of blessings, a salutation of mercy, a salutation that will save us from all difficulties and worries, and a salutation that will cause us to execute (accomplish) all our affairs. A salutation that will cleanse us from all our sins and that will cause us to reach (to Thee) the highest stages. A salutation that will cause us to reach all our desires from all good in (this) life and the afterlife. (O Allah grant all these wishes to us) for verily Thou hast power over all things.

اللهم يا لطيف نسألك اللطف فيما جرت به المقادي ر Allahumma Yaa Lateef. Nasalooka Lutfa feemaa jarrat bihil maqodir

O Allah! O Gracious One. We seek Thy grace in thing that has been decreed on us.

فا لم ألطف بنا فيما ن زل إنك لطيف لم ت زل ألطف ت زل يا لطي بنا و المسلمين

Ya Lateefu lamyazal ultuf binaa feemaa nazal innaka Lateefu lamtazal ultuf

binaa wal Muslimeen

O Gracious One, who is forever gracious, be gracious with us (in calamities that

.يا مغيث اغث نا و اصرف عنا السوءYaa Mugheethu agithnaa was rif ‘annasu

O One who comes to the aid of those who need help, help us and keep evil away

from us.

يا باسط يا ودود . ﴿٠٠﴾ Yaa Baasitu Yaa Wa Dood

O One who extends great provisions, O the One who is Most Affectionate (O the

One who is the source of all love)

سورة آل عمران

Hasbunallah wa ni’mal wakeel

Men said to them: "A great army is gathering against you": And frightened

them: But it (only) increased their Faith: They said: "For us Allah sufficeth,

and He is the best disposer of affairs."

(Surat 'Āli `Imrān, verse 173)

سورة األنفال

Ni’mal mowlaa wa ni’man naseer

If they refuse, be sure that Allah is your Protector - the best to protect and the

best to help .Surat Al-'Anfāl, verse 40)

نبي نا و موالنا محمدا صلى اهلل عليه عنا سي دنا و هلل جزى را بما هو أهله . وسلم خي

Jazallahu ‘anna sayiidinaa, wanabiyyanaa, wa moulanaa, Muhammadan, Sallalahu ‘alayhi wa sallam khayram bimaa huwa ahluhu

May Allah reward well on our behalf our master and prophet and guide

Muhammad, may the peace and the blessings and the mercy of Allah be on him because of his attitude and devotion shown to his beloved ones and his

community.

سورة األحزاب

Inna Allaha wamala-ikatahu yusalloonaAAala annabiyyi ya ayyuha allatheenaamanoo salloo AAalayhi wasallimoo tasleema

God and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send

ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect. (Surat Al-'Aĥzāb, verse 56)

سورة يونس

DaAAwahum feeha subhanakaallahumma watahiyyatuhum feeha

salamunwaakhiru daAAwahum ani alhamdu lillahirabbi alAAalameen

(This will be) their cry therein: "Glory to Thee, O Allah!" And "Peace" will be their greeting therein! and the close of their cry will be: "Praise be to Allah, the

Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds!" (Surat Yūnus, verse 10)
