Crazy Patch Foundations Quilt Tuesday April 19 10-1pm or 6-9pm

Cost: $20/ Foundation fabric required. Sandy Cole teaches

the method of piecing with a

foundation fabric. An easier and

systematic way to piece the crazy quilt

pattern. Create a table runner or any size quilt. Blocks

are 8 inch finished.

LEARN HOW TO MAKE A QUILT A BASIC BEGINNER QUILT CLASS

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Always wanted to learn to quilt or just improve your skills? We will cover all aspects of a quilt; cutting, piecing, block sizing, borders, basting, quilting and binding. You will have a completed quilt when you graduate from this

class. We have a few machines available on request . Must pay in full to reserve a spot. This is a popular class, so sign up early! Cost: $125 includes handouts.

MONDAYS FOR 5 WEEKS 10-4PM Mondays April 18, 25, May 2, 9, & 16 Please do not sign up for this class unless you can attend ALL the classes. Each

chine. We will talk about setting up your workspace, basting, &

preparation, plus hands on work. This class helps you to feel at ease

with machine quilting.

Cost: $20 Trapunto adds a third dimen-sion to quilts. Learn to do this easy tech-nique by machine. Create a

block which can

later be made into a pillow.

Although we teach this process by machine, it can be done by

hand also. Prerequisite Machine Quilting Primer class

STENCILS & SUCH Tues May 10 10-1pm or 6-9pm Cost: $20

Learn how to use sten-cils, enlarge or reduce them & how to fit them into borders & blocks. We will experiment with different marking systems to help get that quilt done. Can bring a quilt to discuss options, but will not be working on it.

BINDINGS Thurs June 9 10-1pm or 6-9pm Cost: $15/ may bring a quilt to be binded. Learn how to do bindings the easy way. All done by machine with a pretty flange finish on it. Kay will show how to use the Shortcut

Binding Tool with its multiple uses.

Cost: $20/ book required We will explore Zentangle movements and relate them to the quilting process. What is Zentan-gle? Zentangle® is a meditative process of creating art, wherein simple shapes and lines combine to make a complicated & interesting final piece of art. This is fun and stress free!
