If the Sheriff's department responds to a false alarm that does not have a permit then thehomeowner is mailed a warning notice with an alarm application. There after a county citation isissued. A fine that set by the Commissioners Court is enforced.

Regarding contacts for The Prospector Email List and alerts from the NeighborhoodWatch.

When referring anyone in the neighborhood for enrollment for The Prospector via email, pleasemake sure to provide their full name, address and a contact telephone number. We have to verifythat the participant is an actual resident of our community. The only exception is the HOA,Denton Properties and the builders within the community. We have had recent requests fromother individuals that do not live in the neighborhood and we have determined that they wantedto monitor our activities for solicitation purposes and/or glean information for nefarious

purposes.

Protecting our Pool Access Pass Cards

The HOA has confirmed that we may write our names, addresses and telephone numbers on the poolaccess cards with a black ink sharpie. The ink from sharpies will not interfere with its electronicfunction. Each card is serial numbered and registered to each homeowner at the HOA. The prefix 080 isfollowed by your individual five digit number. We suggest you write this serial number down for futurereference if ever needed. This would help in deterring theft of the cards and would help in the expeditedreturn of lost cards to the owner. There is a $25.00 charge for a replacement through the HOA.
