The Propaganda Project The Crucible English 10 Block GOAL: For this assignment, students will take what they have learned about the propaganda and The Crucible and create a propaganda poster that connects with the events of the play so far and works to persuade the viewer to a particular point of view. REQUIREMENTS: To complete this assignment, students will need to include the following requirements listed below. Keep in mind, however, that the requirements are simply the minimum requirements— if you decide to go above and beyond these requirements, that is fine. You will need to include: A poster of the appropriate size (poster provided in class) Characteristics of propaganda must be present Accurate information found in the play Persuasive information Colorful images (poster should be covered in color and be eye-catching) Slogan must be included; effective size and content will impact score We will be sharing these, so please make sure they are appropriate to share in class.
