MERRIDIAN HOTEL – THE DEAD SEA AT MODATIONACCOM

We will climb the Masada via the cable car. Masada is the last stronghold of Jewish rebels at the time of the Second Temple. We will tour the 2000 year old fortress and King Herod’s palace. On the way back, we will enjoy the natural mud treatments and bathing in the Dead Sea.

After breakfast, travelling to the Qumran Caves in the Dead Sea, the story of the Dead Sea Scrolls and continuing north in the direction of Beit Shean/Afula and reaching Nazareth at 13:00

On  our  way  north,  we  will  pass  Tel  Megiddo,  Emek  Yizrael  and  arrive  at Nazareth.  We  will  visit  the  Church  of  the  Annunciation,  Jesus'  Synagogue Church  and  the  Church  of  Joseph  the  Carpenter. We will  continue  to  Kana village and descend to the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret).

HOTEL THE LEONARDO CLUB AT IN TIBERIAS ACCOMMODATION

  

We will see Joyous Mount, Church of the Bread and Fish, and we will visit Capernaum, Jesus’ city, through Tiberias we will reach the Baptist site on the Jordan River. On our way back, we will see from a spectacular view Mount Tabor and the Church of Transfiguration on it.

ACCOMMODATION IN JERUSALEM AT THE CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL  

Our  visit  in  Acre  is  a  delightful  walk  through  the  underground  City  of  the Crusaders,  incorporating  the  colorful market,  a walk  on  the  city walls  via  the ancient  port  to  the  lighthouse.  Then  we'll  continue  to  Haifa  to  observe  the Baha'I Gardens and the city itself.  Whilst visiting Caesarea, the Roman capital at the  time  of  the  Second  Temple,  we  will  tour  the  Roman  amphitheater,  the Byzantine  street, and City of  the Crusaders and  the aqueduct. Afterwards, we will travel to Jerusalem.

We will enter the old city via the Armenian quarter, visit the Kotel (Western/Wailing Wall), the  Jewish Quarter, observation point overlooking  the Temple Mount,  the Via de  la Rosa, and  the Muslim quarter,  the Church of  the Battle, The Cardo, ending  the  tour at  the  Jaffa Gate.
