- developing a project Road Map (Strategy) of transition to a low-carbon development until 2030 , aimed at INDC achievement and reduction of the carbon intensity of the national economy

Ministry of Foreign Affairs - to conduct bilateral negotiations with GCF , OECD
and other international organizations –WB, EU, UNEP, GIZ, UNEP, UNDP, USAID, ADB for cooperation with aim of implementing projects on climate change adaptation and transition to low carbon development.
