The Process Flow Merchandising- Recieving the techpack from buyer and receiving the order on the basis of buying sample. After buying sample approval Fit sample is sent to buyer on the basis of which buyer appoves P.O. After P.O. reciept the sealer and size set sample made and sent to factory along with Production File Store- 50% Fabric and trims received by Store from main store PPC- Pre Production Meeting to discuss the production files with Merchant and go ahead for Pilot sampling. Pilot, reference and rack samples are made, reports made and sent to Head office for buyer approval. After Pilot and rack sample approval the NSR meeting is held and PPM notes are discussed along with R&D reports and go ahead for bulk production Cutting- Cut Plan made as per P.O. and markers and cutting is done as per cut plan and sent to production floor after quality audit Sewing-Producing arments from cut panels through progressive bundle system. Inspection of pieces at endline and dispatch area. Washing- Pieces sent to washing after Kaj button and the washed as per approved recipe for washing, lot wise. Finishing-Washed pieces comes to finishing 100% audit. Reject pieces are sent to floor for part change. Other types of defects are mended in finishing room, then the pieces are sent for initial checking, pressing and then final checking. Packing- Again after 100% audit the pieces are sent for packing, here pieces are packed as per buyer requirements with given packing trims Buyer Audit and dispatch- After packing pieces are sent to Buyer QA for approval of the shipment at AQL and then dispatched in container.
