My Beloved Children, Stars of my eyes,

Assalaamu 'Alaikum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuh.

I hope from and make du’aa to Allaah that you and everyone in your beloved family are in good health

and excellent Islaamic spirits, Aameen.

Alhamdu lillaahi Rabbil ‘Aalameen:

♦ We are the members of one of the most prestigious Jamaa’ats ever, the jamaa’at of one of the

greatest Auliaa (plural of walee) of all times Shaikhul ‘Aalam Hadrat Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat

‘Ali . This has not happened out of our own choice. An extra ordinary gift and blessing was

bestowed upon us by the Grace of the Lord of the Universe, Allaah Subhaanahoo wa Ta’alaa,

Dzul Jalaali wal Ikraam. This most precious gift is not only our beloved Baabaajee . By the

infinite mercy of the most Merciful, our pure silsilah (chain), is led by the beloved of Allaah

Hadrat Muhammad Mustafaa and includes Hadrat Ali and Hadrat Hassan Al

Basri , the best of the Taba’een and 35 well known Auliaa among whom is the walee of

all Auliaa, Hadrat Abdul Qaadir Al-Jeelaanee .

♦ We wholeheartedly believed and embraced the Divine gift that Allaah bestowed upon us of

Shaikhul ‘Aalam Hadrat Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali and accepted him as our Shaikh

– our beloved and our perfect guide who was given the highest status a human being can achieve:

Fana fish Shaikh (Annihilation) of his self in Sayyadee Ameer-ul-Hasan , Fana fir

RasoolAllaah (Annihilation in the RasoolAllaah ) and eventually Fana fil Laah –

Annihilation in the Essence of Allaah Himself.

♦ We have wholeheartedly committed ourselves to obey Baabaajee and struggle to totally

surrender to his perfect guidance with Allaah as our witness.

♦ We wholeheartedly agreed to commit ourselves to the struggle of purification of our Nufoos

(plural of Nafs) and our spiritual heart without which, as Allaah has stated in his

noble Qur_aan, success in the Hereafter is not possible.

♦ We wholeheartedly agreed with our beloved Shaikhul ‘Aalam’s teachings that everyone who

takes Shahaadah is a Muslim, and every Muslim is better than us. We therefore respect and revere all

Muslims.

♦ We wholeheartedly agreed that our beloved Shaikhul ‘Aalam’s teachings embrace the

whole of Islaam to perfection. He is undoubtedly the Shaikhul Kaamil (the perfect Shaikh). We

therefore wholeheartedly understood and committed ourselves to the principle of Ahle Tareeqat that

we will be faithful to the ultimate degree of loyalty to him and only him. We also have to believe and

understand to the level of certitude that to deviate away from him and his teachings to the slightest

degree will involve us in the displeasure of Allaah and result in cutting ourselves off

from all his grace (Faid).

♦ We wholeheartedly realized and agreed that his beloved daughter Hadrat Anees Akhtar

Sallamahumullaah must be revered by all of us in Daar-ul-Ehsaan in a manner described by

Baabaajee in his words under the title he used:

DEDICATION

(My note: Dedication means a message to honor and express affection for someone very special)

“She is my dearest, dutiful and adored real daughter and it is waajib for all my devotees of

spirituality to offer her their utmost veneration as they do for my other daughters. This dearest daughter of

mine is the pride of the world of Islaam. I bequeath that the grave of my dearest, dutiful and adored

daughter should be by the side of my grave. If anyone indulges in the slightest disrespect for her, there will

be no place for that person in my institution. Her respect is my respect, honoring her is honoring me, her

insult is my insult and the one who is even slightly disrespectful towards her becomes deprived of my grace.

Wallaah, Billaah, Tallaah. And this is the seal of my above dedication.”

Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat Ali

♦ We wholeheartedly believe that when Baabaajee appointed this humble slave the Ameer of

the USA, his Darbar Shareef (world headquarters) Faisalabad, Pakistan sent me the Sanctimonious

letter addressed to the entire future USA Jamaa’at which stated among other important matters and

Du’aas; “Hadrat Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat Ali, the founder of Daar-ul-Ehsaan has appointed

Muhammad Akhtar Ali the Ameer of USA, in 1990 and has advised and asserted that he

should be meticulously obeyed in all matters. There is a great significance of this obedience and

his disobedience would be indeed the disobedience of Hadrat Shaikhul ‘Aalam . As such the

obedience of Brother Muhammad Akhtar ‘Ali is waajib upon all of you…” The letter ends with a

beautiful Du’aa for all of us. Of course the aspect of obedience of the Ameer is a command of Allaah

and therefore disobedience of the Ameer is indeed the disobedience of Allaah .

♦ We wholeheartedly believe that Shaikhul Alam Hadrat Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali

has been honored by Allaah the Almighty as His Walee because He helped Baabaajee through his

Shaikh to embark and then succeed in his Jihaad ul Akbar (Major Struggle) against his Nafs ul

Ammaara and the Shai’taan. This enabled our beloved Shaikh to live his life and practice Deen ul

Islaam as it existed at the time of Hadrat Muhammad and his beloved and holy

companions with whom Allaah Subhaanahoo wa Ta’alaa is pleased.

♦ We wholeheartedly believe that the practices and teachings of our Baabaajee are complete

and we do not need any other teacher or guide. Actually, this is the Divine law as practiced by all

Ahle Tareeqat. Breaking this law is to disrespect the Walee of Allaah and entails severe

reprimand from Allaah which is Jihaad by Allaah against that person.

♦ We wholeheartedly believe and fully understand that one major ingredient of the destruction of our

pride and arrogance and Nafs ul Ammaara is our struggle to obey and surrender to Baabaajee AND

those he appointed as his Ameers and his successors.

♦ We wholeheartedly believe and understand that:

I. The model for Daar-ul-Ehsaan USA is Daar-ul-Ehsaan World Headquarters in

Faisalabad Pakistan.

II. For all male members of Daar-ul-Ehsaan USA our model is our beloved Shaikhul

‘Aalam Hadrat Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat Ali

III. For females of Daar-ul-Ehsaan their model is the prestigious daughter of our

beloved Shaikhul ‘Aalam Hadrat Anees Akhtar Sallamahumullaah.

Alhamdulillaah our USA Jamaa’at is a great Jamaa’at struggling very diligently, devotedly and with

wonderful determination in our worthy cause to fulfil our sacred commitment. Our remarkable progress since

our inception is a very heartening evidence that we are receiving the full grace, du’aas and attention of our

beloved Shaikhul ‘Aalam and the active help of our Rabbul ‘Aalameen Allaah , Dzul Jalaali

wal Ikraam – for which we are eternally grateful.

I am always available to all of you and all the respected Ameers of our USA Jamaa’at. It is a great privilege

for me to be the Ameer of such a remarkable group of devotees of our beloved Baabaajee

Special Note about our Sisters’ Dzikr:- I had consulted our most respected Baajee Anees Akhtar

Sallamahumullaah about this matter. She informed me that according to the Haya (modesty) inherent in the

nature of Muslim Sisters, she has recommended that all Daar-ul-Ehsaan (worldwide) sisters should do their

Dzikr in their own homes with their husbands and children. Furthermore Alhamdulillaah we have been blessed

with today’s wonderful technology: Our Thursday Evening Dzikr is being broadcast live all over the world.

Our beloved Sisters are now able to participate in what is now being praised by all participants as the most

profound spiritual experience of their week! What is even more gratifying is that you our beloved sisters, and

My very respected and beloved children, your FOCUS will continue to become progressively stronger

if you revisit and revise at regular intervals this very vital communication. All of you, my children,

are wonderfully determined and devoted to our supreme cause and mission. I know you will use all

your energies to our FOCUS to achieve success, by the Faid (grace) of Baabaajee and the

Divine help from Allaah . You all know very well the grace of our Shaikhul ‘Aalam and our

most merciful Rabbul ‘Aalameen will be bestowed only upon those of us who sincerely struggle in this

glorious path. That is my heartfelt Du’aa for all of us. Aameen Yaa Hayyu Yaa Qayyoom Aameen.
