Everybody sings about it, talks about it, and writes about it – but what does love really mean and how can it help you live a better life and create a better world?When you truly love yourself, you have dignity. You aren’t willing to lie, cheat, steal, or take advantage of others for your benefit. World peace starts with every human being finding deep love for themselves first, and then for each other and our planet.Is it possible for every human being on this planet to truly love themselves? It's a practical question that allows for people to be hippies and billionaires and still co-exist in a peaceful society. Ultimately, maybe the question is, can the world be at peace until every person is aligned with their heart? And, if that's the case, how can you start making a difference?TRANSCRIPT

Love isn’t just a fuzzy concept dating sites talk about
It’s the fundamental motive force behind every great human accomplishment…
and all of humanity.
Every human being needs love
We have the capacity to move mountains to help other people
And yet, we forget to love ourselves all the time
Loving yourself means having dignity
You’re not willing to lie, cheat, steal, take advantage of, or hurt other people
Because you respect yourself too much
Imagine a world where every single human being truly loved themselves…
There would be no war.
There would be no poverty.
There would be no violence.
There would be creativity.
There would be sharing.
There would be community.
There would be compassion.
There would be peace.
Our basic goodness shines through even in the worst situations.
It starts with finding it in your heart to love yourself.
