On Tuesday night the President’s Banquet awards program contains all award recipients and is

Awards Evening Agenda - February 6, 2018 $1,500

The President’s Banquet agenda lists the evening’s events. The agenda is contained within

the awards program and is placed at each table.

Agenda Card $1,500

The agenda card is a highly visible way of putting your logo in front of the delegates. The

agenda card is 5”X4” in size and each delegate is supplied with one at the time of registration.

They were designed as a reference item for the delegates and they are placed in the name

badges for quick access.

Education Sessions $1,000 per session

Six education sessions which are repeated in the second half of the afternoon are planned for

February 4, 2018 and three education sessions are planned for February 5, 2018. Topics are
