THE CHALLENGE

In today’s climate of constant change and relentless competition, the key job of any individual is to make robust choices. The whole flow in processing information, options, and consequences — and rolling decisions off their personal tasks every day rarely run as smoothly as expected. This is due to the choices are varied, complex, and demanding.

To tackle strategically this whole issue, an individual need to think integrative in designing ideas and solutions that are innovative.

THE SOLUTION

In this Integrated Thinking Simulation Workshop, the participants will learn how to think like an ideapreneur and how they strategically think on various angle in generating ideas and produce results.

The participants are divided into four groups and given a land to plan, develop and run a theme park.

Each team are an organization by their own. The team is given a certain amount of loan to run their business. The team is required to purchase and build their own theme park. Once the theme park is ready a simulated customers will be using their park and thus generates income for the park.

METHODOLOGY- USING Virtual Experience Simulator (VES)

Virtual Experience Simulator is a highly participative face-to-face experiential learning using a simulated environment. This Simulation Workshop is a rigorous experiential workshop designed for managers, and delivered by industry experts. The workshop combines a complex, realistic leadership simulation with debriefing and concept sessions to equip participants with the tools to effectively lead a team.
