Christopher and Nicola Cox, co-founders of Cox London, are both sculptors and designers. They first began to co- create in 1990s after studying fine art sculpture together. Today they head up their own exciting London workshops, overseeing a team of highly skilled makers. From three generations of antique dealers, Chris grew up surrounded by the decorative arts. Post art studies he cemented his love and knowledge of traditional techniques, restoring antique metalwork for many of the best London dealers. To create her own sculpture, Nicola mastered the art of bronze and glass casting in art foundries and artist’s studios both here and abroad. In 2005 the duo set up their own atelier Cox London. Their mission: to create unique and beautiful sculptural pieces, exhibiting the very best in British craftsmanship and keeping traditional skills alive.

Established in 2003, Luke Irwin specialises in the design and manufacture of hand knotted custom made rugs. Luke Irwin believes the importance of a rug in any room can not be under estimated; a good rug can be the cornerstone or foundation on which all the disparate elements and personality within room are bound together. In such cases the rug should almost be the last thing you notice on entering the room, silently providing a basis for the harmony of the scheme. Luke Irwin’s traditionally crafted rugs are ethically produced in India and Nepal.
