From the Editor:

This month we said goodbye to ARC Treasurer Fred Watkins. Fred has worked very hard for Angelo RC for many years to keep our pennies counted, events organized, bills paid, dues managed and at times has grabbed a shovel and his Bobcat earthmover to fix our parking lot and roads at our field. Fred lived over 100 miles away (round trip) and attend-ed most all of the club meetings to bring us our treasurers report. On behalf of all of our

membership, thank you very much for all you have done for our club Fred! We will still see Fred from time to time but he is spending a lot of time these days on the road keeping up with his kids and grandkids. Thank you again Fred for your loyal service! At the last ARC meeting, a call for help filling Fred’s position was answered by Jimmy Gaona. Jimmy will now serve as our new Club Treasurer. Most of you probably have met Jimmy as he has worked many hours lately and spent his own money fixing up our club benches. So please join me in thanking Jimmy for answering the call to fill this important position for our club. In other news, please do join us this week at our monthly business meeting where we will be discussing the new sealcoat project for our runway. Our meeting will be as always at Golden Corral Restaurant at 7:00PM so come a little early if you want to eat. Till next month please fly safely. Charlie Campbell Editor__________

Angelo R/C Member Jimmy Gaona filled the field bulletin board box with the current NL and Field Rules and then

built a trash bag dispenser for the convenience of our members to change out our trash bags when they are full. Way to go Jimmy ! Thank You !!!!!
