(1) THE FILM:

Name of the title sequence:

- Storyline and elements: A young woman, who is psychologically disturbed, is remembering her childhood through flashbacks, and seems to be going mad. At this point, all her childhood toys are being showed through a quick flash of images.

The order:. The jewellery box is being used- there is creepy music coming from it. Show a flashback of the woman as a small girl playing with her jewellery box.. The scary doll is being shown- the doll is calm and normal at first. Flashback of the woman playing with her doll as a child.. A scream follows, and then the woman’s hand is cutting the doll’s hair away in a frantic way.. The woman is going even more crazy and scratching the walls- creates a horrible sound and the blood is shown on the wall as it’s being scratched.

(2) WHAT TYPE OF TITLE SEQUENCE IS IT? :Real title sequence influences:

(4) REPRESENTATION:- The victim (young woman) with mental illness whose childhood is being shown - A young girl whose the living memory of the young woman- Social groups: stereotyping that women are always the victims. The child is also a

stereotypical girl who is playing with her toys.

(9) TITLE CREDITS:- Fonts: hand written (child’s handwriting)- How will they integrate with our opening? A child is shown therefore it will be written in her

handwriting. This will be conventional.
