1. The philosophy of Mankind Group is Serving Life by providing quality medicines at

affordable prices to the society. Inline with the company philosophy, our CSR mission is

to provide best services to society with the commitment that We Are There to Care.

With the contemplation of sharing our success with the marginalized communities, our

vision is To expand our CSR wing in North India by 2015.

CARE MANKINDthe CSR wing of Mankind Pharma . Incepted in the year 2010, Care

Mankind, strives to address societal challenges through our diverse Projects ensuring totouch the lives of the various sections of society who struggle to care for their own basic

needs. We accentuate the fact that supporting is not simply a matter of dispersing funds

but of making a deep, long-term commitment and casting a hard eye on results. Our CSR

policy proclaims that our goals are never out of focus:-

Reinforcing different NGOs in their mission

Providing Medical Assistance to the society by organizing Camps & distributingfree Medicines

Organizing Awareness Programs for the comfort, security and welfare of children& adults

Steering green initiatives to save the Mother Nature.\

field, by encouraging innovation, by fostering the educational function.

facilitate the participation of people in this process. They enable linkages to be made

expresses values of fairness, equality, accountability, opportunity, choice, Participation,

mutuality, reciprocity and continuous learning. Educating, enabling and empowering areat the core of CD (Federation of Community Development Learning, 2009).

The present-day CSR (also called corporate responsibility, corporate citizenship,

responsible business and corporate social opportunity) is a concept whereby businessorganizations consider the interest of society by taking responsibility for the impact of

their activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and other
