Terms of Sale1. VIEWING: Viewing of lots will be at the times and location listed on the front page.It is a requirement that all attending Saphil House to view lots do so in a Covid safemanner. This includes:

The provision of your name, email and phone contact. The washing of hands using the hand sanitizer provided before you start and

again when you finish viewing. The maintenance of social distancing during viewing.

For those who are unable to view we will try to provide a scan of lots for you. These will belimited to small lots and requests for these must be by email and made a minimum of oneweek before bids close.2. RESERVES: The reserves are in Australian Dollars. Bids below the reserve will not beaccepted. 3. BIDDING STEPS USED ARE:
