1. All bookings are offered subject to availability upon receipt of written confirmation and verbal bookings should be confirmed

within 14 days, or will be automatically released.

2. Final confirmation of details - menu, numbers etc, are requested not less than 42 days prior to the function

(certain exceptions apply). Should numbers of persons attending reduce by more than 10% or more from the original number guaranteed then the original number will be charged in full.

3. Payment shall be collected 28 working days before each event unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. All organisers are held responsible for their parties and any losses or damages caused willfully or by neglect will be charged for.

5. Notice of cancellation of a function must be given 60 days in advance. In the event of a cancellation with less than

60 days notice a cancellation fee will be made on the estimated loss of profit suffered and administrative cost to date

6. All prices are inclusive of VAT, which is charged at the current rate.
