Details of the contest: The contest has 3 Stages:-• Stage One:- The Mobile game application (Completed)• Stage Two:- The Story Board• Stage Three:- The Grand Finale!

• The winners will be The PepsiCo Apprentices for a day and

• Will win cool prizes as well!

Stage Two• In this phase you will be introduced to 3 PepsiCo Employee Value

Proposition (EVP) Pillars along with details on these pillars:– Pillar 1 – Performance with purpose– Pillar 2 – Together we win– Pillar 3 – Real World Leadership

• You can chose any one pillar

• You are then expected to build a short story board around the chosen pillar that creatively portrays the pillar to any external viewer (the winning storyboards will be created into a PepsiCo video)

Stage Two Continued…

• Few examples of what story boards can look like will also be provided

• However please do not restrict yourself to the idea/format provided as examples- please use your creativity to represent the story.

• The story has to be submitted in a PPT format only

• Two strategic slides : Defining target audience & method of taking the final video to them (how will we reach the target audience with the story developed on the pillar(e.g., YouTube launch, Facebook launch etc.))

Stage 2 Continued…• The PPT should have maximum 12 slides (including the target

audience(1 slide) and reach methodology(1slide)) and excluding introduction and thank you slides – which will be 2 slides.

• This phase will be open starting December 24th, 2014 and will close on January 7th, 2015 (23:59:59 hrs)

• The next few slides have the content on the three pillars of EVP

• Please note, the storyboard should be built on ONE pillar of EVP only and should clearly capture the essence of that pillar as defined in the next slides
