The construction is supposed to be begin in 2012running to the maximum to 2016

We are supposing to have an authorized capitalof 30crores, out of which we are going to issueRs150000000 initially with share par value at

Rs3000/- each (i.e;5000o shares). We are planning to get our company listed at theBSE by the time its construction is done .

We are going to take a loan of Rs 12.5 crore which we are assure to pay back by 2025 with aneach year clearing 1.5 crore.Preferably we are planning to take loan fromHDFC, GE capital, SBI.



The 1st thing we have to do is get a certificate fromA.P. ALLOPETHIC MEDICAL ESTABLISH MED-agovt. body.

Our construction is on lease basis to avoidpermissions from various departments of the govt.

We are planning to construct the hospital near toMaurampudi junction, o.5km to its interiors.

Its location is planned so due to its closeness to NH5which is an easy access to the patients in and aroundEast Godavari District.

Due to its outskirt location, we preferably providecab for all the doctors for their pick up and drop upeveryday.

We do the same for the other staff by providing

them a bus.

* In totality we have a staff of 130 members

out of which 5 are Specialized Doctors pertainingto each specializations

And 2 Super Specialized Doctor one pertainingto Cardio and other to Accident Emergency and

Critical Care We have a team 20 Junior Doctors workingunder the guidance of the specialist doctors andothers are as specified above.

We have quarters to stay for 5 doctors for 24hours availability.
