He works to provide students with unique experiences and opportunities that will have a positive impact on them and their communities. As the Director of Youth Development, Ken engages youth to become active leaders and resources in their communities by providing opportunities to participate in safe, healthy, and generational programs that prepare youth for successful citizenship. As the Executive Director of the California Academic Decathlon, Ken promotes an educational experience providing a format in which teams of nine high school students compete in academic events. In addition, Ken Scarberry is also the co-founder and Executive Director of Team Will. Team Will is a community of cyclists committed to raising public awareness and funds for childhood cancer research and family resources through a mixture of cycling activities and events. Ken Scarberry is a graduate of Bethany College and Capital Bible College with a degree in Ministerial Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies. President’s Message: Dr. Edward Robillard Greetings Kappans! We had a terrific research dinner with forty-nine members and guests in attendance. Our Faculty Sponsor facilitated the dissertation presentation of two of her recent doctoral students Dr. Christopher Haggard and Dr. Rebecca Harrison. May Installation Dinner: Ken Scarberry Ken Scarberry is the Executive Director for the California Academic Decathlon and the Director of Youth Development at the Solano County Office of Education. He works to provide students with unique experiences and opportunities that will have a positive impact on them and their communities. Greetings Kappans!

We had a terrific research dinner with forty-nine members and guests in attendance.
