Founded in 2018, Abhay Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Kochar Group, dedicated to help those who can't afford education, give them employment when they are ready, and fund them for entrepreneurship.

FREE PATHSHALA

Free Pathshala is a Gurugram based NGO that educates the children of construction workers, at 6 locations through Pathshalas in public parks. Members of Abhay Foundation make frequent visits to counsel children and fund the compensation of some teachers, who work full time for the initiative.

SEVA TIRTH

Seva Tirth is an orphanage and skill development center based out of Vadodara. The organisation works for the vocational training of people with special needs. Abhay Foundation not only supports vocational rehab of the disabled but also works to spread awareness to evict the social stigma glued to them.

PINGALWARA

Pingalwara is a charitable society in Amritsar for the homeless, sick, specially abled, and the orphaned. Abhay Foundation closely works with the society to help educating the children. In its visits to Pingalwara, the members of Abhay Foundation donate clothes, food, and other utilities for the children while spending a quality time with them.

IBADAT SPECIAL SCHOOL

An Amritsar based charitable institute, Ibadat Special School is a center for children and adults with mental and cognitive disabilities. The school is run by social workers and teachers trained to educate special children. Abhay Foundation regularly visits the school to counsel physically able students and lends a hand in organising sales for handicrafts prepared by the children themselves.

Abhay Foundation works with these organizations to help build the lives of people who have potential but not the means. We believe in creating a self-sufficient ecosystem of skilled individuals who will grow to empower the lives of those like them.
