up in a cave for later feasting..

Odysseus burns a

Odysseus says that his name is “nobody” and prepares to kill him,
knowing that Cyclops does not know his real name…

Odysseus gouges out a monster’s eye, who then calls for Cyclops, and the
men prepare to blind him…

Odysseus blinds him and they escape, and he confidently shouts his own name as they sail away from the permanently blinded Cyclops….
