Overview
• OASIS facilitates feedback in support of the ICOP scheme• Feedback requests (tickets) can be created by any registered OASIS
user• Two paths are available for creating feedback requests
• Path 1 – Data Search section / My Feedback function• Path 2 – Data Search section / Certified Suppliers Directory function
• Options differ depending on path chosen• In either case, originators manage the status of requests they
initiate• An additional path is available to receive notification of certification
changes for selected suppliers

on options desired• An additional path is available to receive updates on certification changes for
selected suppliers• Overall, the feedback process provides an on-line mechanism to foster
communication and drive process improvement.
