Paula Barrett is a partner in Eversheds Technology practice and head of Eversheds Information law practice. Paul Golding of TRG Law specialises principally in commercial contracts involving information technology and intellectual property. His experience encompasses IT and Business Process Outsourcing contracts, contractual joint ventures, teaming agreements, technology/IP licences and the like. He also advises generally on securing and exploiting intellectual property rights. He is an expert on data protection and regulations governing online trading and marketing. Simon Horsfield is a Partner in Pinsent Masons LLP’s employment group.
