The doctor's office receives a fair market valuation fee as consideration for having a QuiqMeds Pharmacy on the premises.

QuiqMeds receives a share of the prescription dispensing revenues.

The FDA repackager or Manufacturer is paid the ingredient price for the medication.

Revenues are derived from insurance reimbursement. The percentage of the prescription price that represents QuiqMeds revenues varies base on variable return to the FDA repackager (25% to 40%).

* Following further discussion, revenues derived from insurance reimbursement (50%) will be split between Walmart Health and QuiqMeds.

Pharmacy receives the direct reimbursement from the insurance
