LOGGING IN 1. Navigate to http://www.gardnerinc.com

Searching for Parts & Accessories - When you enter a valid part number, the results will appear in the

Products section. Enter the part number without the MFG code and all of the matching products will

appear (MFG Code, Part Number).

Click on the manufacturer/part combination that you are looking for to view the product page for

additional specifications.

Searching for Models (Illustrated Parts Lists) - When you enter an outdoor power unit’s valid model

number, the results will appear in the Models section. Enter the model number without the serial

number. The MODEL description may show a range of serial numbers for certain brands. Click on any

MODEL to view the interactive Illustrated Parts Lists. In certain scenarios, you may need to scroll down

through the Products matches at the top of the page to see the Models listings below.

ILLUSTRATED PARTS LISTS You can view the Illustrate Parts Lists by typing the model number of the unit into the search bar.

Under the Models area, you will see the matching results listed. Once you click on a model’s blue link, a new page with the diagrams will appear. You will need to select

a diagram on the right side of the page. You can click directly on the parts numerical values to queue

them up on the bottom of your browser. You can add the items directly to your cart from there or scroll

through the full parts list underneath the diagram.

YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD The Account Dashboard is the landing page after your login. This area contains all of the useful

information regarding your Gardner Inc. account. You can return to the Account Dashboard at any time

by clicking on the My Account link in the navigation header.

Here is a breakdown of the links in the left navigation bar:

Account

Account Dashboard – Clicking this link will take you back to the main Account Dashboard/My Account

page (shown in image above).

Account Information – Visit this area to check your contact information, active manufacturer contracts,

and credit information.

Address Book – Here you are able to view your default billing and shipping addresses. You can add

additional addresses as well, by using the ADD NEW ADDRESS button.

Make A Payment – This section allows you to load invoices and make payments on your Gardner

account. See the MAKE A PAYMENT section in this user guide for additional information.

Orders

My Orders – This section will show you all orders for the past 30 days. You can cycle through the orders

by clicking the PREVIOUS and NEXT MONTH buttons.

Bulk Add Products – This utility allows you to enter parts continuously in a list format. Below the parts

utility, you can upload a csv file of your parts order as well. Don’t forget to ADD TO CART.

Saved Carts – Shopping Cart contents can be saved for later use, your saved carts will appear here. To

save a cart, click on the SAVE CART link in the Shopping Cart’s Summary area.

Backorders – View order and future ship dates for your backordered parts here.

Statement History – You can have your monthly statement history emailed to you in a report here.

Reports

Price Files By Manufacturer – You can request specific manufacturer price files in this section of the

website. They will be emailed to you in a spreadsheet you can view in Excel.

Sales By Part – This link will extract a report that shows your annual sales by part number. Your browser

should automatically initiate the download process after you click the link.

Resources

General Resources – This section contains service bulletins, spark plug cross reference, starter cross

reference materials and tutorial videos.

PartSmart Web – Clicking this link will trigger the legacy ARI PartSmart Web program. For Reverse Parts

Lookup

Education and Training – In this section of the website you will find manufacturer product information,

dealer programs, price files and other information.

Programs, Specials, and Information – In this section of the website you will find manufacturer product

information, dealer programs, price files and other information.

Warranty Management – Click this link in the bar to view details on Gardner Inc.’s different

manufacturer warranty programs. Be sure to confirm the appropriate procedure with your TM.

MAKE A PAYMENT LINK As seen on the previous version of gardnerinc.com, you can pay for outstanding invoices via the Make A

Payment link in the left bar. After selecting the Make A Payment link, you need to click on the LOAD

INVOICES button to trigger the payment window.

This utility connects directly to our Codis ERP system to process payments.

SAVED CARTS Inside of the Shopping Cart, you can save items for a later time by clicking on the SAVE CART button.

You can re-visit the carts by clicking the dropdown arrow under the Standard Order tab in Account

Dashboard. To delete or manage previous carts, click the Manage Saved Carts link.

THE NEW SHOPPING CART You can add items to your shopping cart from any point on the site that has the ADD TO CART button.

You can view the contents of the cart by clicking the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right hand corner

of the header bar.

Clicking the GO TO CART button will open up the full-page browser version of you cart. You can adjust

quantities and add/remove products here.

BULK ADD PRODUCTS FORM

Clicking the Bulk Add Products link from any page will forward you to

a utility that will allow to add single parts sequentially, line by line.

This is appropriate for dealers that already know the part numbers

they need for the order.

You can add parts to the Part Number boxes, one after another at a quick pace.

Suggested part numbers will appear from the inventory as you are entering your data. Be sure to

include dashes in MTD and other parts that contain them (ex. 954-0101). If you fail to enter the dashes,

the system will not read them.

To add the entered parts to the actual cart, you need to click the ADD TO CART button. You can also

upload a csv file of parts to this section (see next page).

CSV CART UPLOADS On the Bulk Add Products page, below the Bulk Add Products form, you can upload a csv file to import

into your cart.

There is a simple format to the csv formatting. Manufacturer, Part_Number, Qty are the 3 columns you

will need to populate. You can see the format below or download a template on the site.

Click the UPLOAD CSV box and select your file; or drag and drop your file over the box. This will

populate the parts lines above, click ADD TO CART to forward the items to your shopping cart.

CHECKOUT By clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT from your Shopping Cart, your checkout screen will be prompted.

On the first page of Checkout, you will need to select your Shipping Address and Shipping Method. Once

the proper selection is made, click NEXT.

The next Checkout page requires you to select payment information and finalize your order. You can

add your PO number and special order instructions here as well. After clicking PLACE ORDER, you will

be given a ticket number from our system.
