Leading Across DistanceThe Leading Across Distance Experience
The learning series removes barriers to success by offering remote leaders the ability to learn and practice skills in the same environment in which they lead. Therefore, we have designed a learning journey that is informative, engaging, and impactful:
Virtual delivery: Three, 2-hour sessions using a web conference platformTimeframe: The learning series is completed over a span of 4 weeksAudience: Manager and director level. Enrollment is capped at 12 participants
The facilitator will lead the learning series following a core framework that is customized to the needs, challenges, and questions specific to the participants attending each session.
