Did It Get Started?How• In 1998, zero tolerance on a senior management’s cheating case.

• In 1999, a classic European glove customer’s dishonest request.

• In 2000, being patient in our company’s listing application.

• In 2001, not entertaining the stock market syndicates.

• In 2006, inspired by the Police (PDRM)’s anti-corruption badge.

• In 2008, established Top Glove’s Prevention & Anti-Corruption Committee (TGPAC).

• Inspired by Warren Buffet’s thoughts on criteria for hiring: high intelligence, high energy & high integrity.

• In 2017, we were certified with the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System. Established new compliance function known as Integrity Unit (HIT) with one fulltime staff.

• After becoming the largest rubber glove manufacturer in 2006, we need a strong foundation for a lasting business

• We need to earn the trust & respect of our customers, employees, suppliers and business partners.

• We must create a healthy and productive business environment.

• We want to create a fair and level playing field among competitors.

• We want to be a responsible corporate citizen.

• We want to do our part to prevent corruption so that everyone can move to a developed nation status.

More Must Be Done By Us?• Continue to strengthen the “conduct from the Top Management”.

• Restructured Top Glove’s Prevention & Anti-Corruption Committee (TGPAC) in 2018.

• Continue to wear the Anti-Corruption & No Cheating Badge prominently since 2008.

Translated into multiple languages.

• Engaged all stakeholders in our eco-system : customers, employees, suppliers, bankers,

government bodies and etc.

• Stepped forward to sign the MACC’s Integrity Pledge in 2011 and Tan Sri pledged Ikrar

Bebas Rasuah (IBR) with FMM and In House Pledge by the Top Management in 2018;

extend to Board of Directors (BODs) in 2020.

• Enhanced & Enforced a strong whistle blowing policy as well as a No gift policy.

Strengthened our employee code of conduct.

• Increased the number of fulltime staff in the Integrity Unit (HIT) to cater for its expanding

scope.
