Information Sessions Scheduled for the Next Permanent Diaconate Formation Program
Dates and locations for a series of information sessions to open the Inquiry phase for the next permanent diaconate
formation program have been announced by the Office of the Permanent Diaconate. All Catholic men in the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama who may be interested in the vocation of the permanent deacon, and their wives, are invited to
attend. No registration is necessary.
The sessions will be held at St. Francis University Church in Tuscaloosa at 10:00 a.m. on June 30; St. Peter the Apostle Church in Hoover at 4:00 p.m. on June 30; Our Lady of Fatima Church in Birmingham at 10:00 a.m. on July 1; St.
James Church in Gadsden at 9:30 a.m. on July 8; St. John the Baptist Church in Madison at 10:00 a.m. on July 14; St. Mark the Evangelist Church in Birmingham at 9:00 a.m. on July 15; and at Holy Spirit Church in Winfield at 10:00 a.m. on July 15.
