Superior quality with Advanced technology The all new dye-sublimation ink technology – the Epson UltraChrome DS Ink, delivers sharp and vibrant prints. The 4-colour Ink Technology backed by the precision of the Micro Piezo TFP print head makes you witness accurate dot placement and colour reproduction. This means, print designs are no longer limited to solid colours, opening up design possibilities including usage of images. Also the extremely fast drying nature of the ink allows for greater printed ink density after the transfer process.

Highest productivity in its classThe SureColour F-Series features the Epson Micro Piezo TFP print head, that has double the number of nozzles per colour, as compared to the conventional 360 nozzle count, and prints 720 dpi per single pass achieving super fast print speeds with a maximum throughput of 63.4m2/h and 58.8 m2/h for SC F-6070 and SC F-7070 respectively. The unique dye-sublimation ink eliminates the need for screens, so you can print directly on the transfer paper, and pass it on to artificial fabric using heat press. This makes the workflow much simpler and efficient.

Separate colours are created in layers in Photoshop, etc.

Prepare positive film for each colour.

Coat screen with emulsion and leave it to dry.

Expose artwork to screen under UV light.

Wash screen with water.

Dry screen.

Mix colour (ink).

Create artwork with photoshop etc.

Place ink onto screen & draw with a squeegee to print.

Print on paper.

Cure ink to dry.

Transfer to fabric.

Finished.

All major operations and settings can be accessed conveniently on the right side of the printer.

Easy-to-use interface

The control panel features a 6.35cm (2.5 inch) colour LCD for easy and stress-free operation. It also features a large LED alert lamp and buzzer to notify on any ink, maintenance box or paper feed error.

Status notification system

Status alerts for instances such as ‘End of Print Job’, ‘Error’ or ‘Ink Running Out’ can be sent to users via email notification.

Custom media setting back-up function (F7070)

Custom media settings for common or special jobs can be stored on LFP Remote Panel 2 on a user’s workstation and shared with other connected SC-F7070s.

The SureColor F-Series has been designed for extreme ease of use. The Epson SureColor F-Series has been awarded the Oeko-Tex 100 <Product Class1> Certificate for international industry safety standards. Epson thus allows you to print on certified fabrics for adults and children, including babies.

Take-up reel controlEasy media loading and handling Spindle-less roll media handling makes paper loading a breeze. Also the flanges and paper roll lock bar in the SC-F6070 and the Lift Lever in the SC-F7070 makes the setting up of heavy rolls effortless.

Accurate paper feeding

The high-rigidity welded frame reduces shudder while printing. This combined with the Auto Tension Control feature ensures high precision in paper feeding. In addition, the user can correct the paper feed value without interrupting the printing process and minimise paper wastage.
