Why it’s so expensive: This is simply just a bowl of perfectly ripe

strawberries, French vanilla ice cream, mint, port-red wine sauce and

whipped cream. But what makes it almost $4 million dollars is not the

food but what comes with it- a 7-carat pink diamond ring by MS Rau

Antique. This dessert comes as part of a proposal package.

Why it’s so expensive: Shaped to look like a Faberge egg, this pudding is made with high-end chocolate, a

gold leaf, champagne, caviar and a diamond. Layered throughout the edd is champagne jelly laced with edible gold. The dessert must be

ordered two weeks in advance. So far only one egg has been sold.

Why it’s so expensive: A fruit-infused dessert, the Fortress Stilt Fisherman

Indulgence Dessert is served with an 80 carat aquamarine stone and includes a

gold leaf Italian cassata, which is a traditional Sicilian ice cream cake,

flavored with Irish cream, mango and pomegranate. It gets its name from the handmade chocolate carving of a local stilt fisherman that the dessert comes

with.
