God, he has no external

dependencies.

John 5:26 "For just as the Father has

life in Himself, even so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;

Holds power over life and death:

John 5:25 "Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when

the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear

shall live.

Holds the power to save from judgment:

John 5:24 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My

word, and believes Him who sent Me,

has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has

passed out of death into life.

Mede by descent), who was made ruler over the Babylonian kingdom--

# 7 Daniel 9:2I, Daniel, observed in the

books the number of the years which was revealed as the word of the LORD to Jeremiah the prophet for the completion of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years.

Jer. 25:9-11“I will summon all the peoples of the north and my

servant Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon,” declares the LORD, “and I will bring them against this land and its inhabitants and against all the surrounding nations. . . and these nations will serve the king

of Babylon seventy years.”

and will draw out my sword and pursue you. Your land will be laid waste, and your cities will lie in

The land enjoyed its sabbath rests; all the time of its desolation it rested, until the seventy years were completed in fulfillment of the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah.”
