• Don’t micro-manage these new employees. They are used to thinking and doing from a very early age.

• They’re comfortable with goals being established and going out and achieving them.

• Make sure you follow up but don't cut their legs out from under them by solving the problem for them

• They may be junior, but they are not idiots.
