ConferenceDailyScheduleandFormat• The conference starts daily at 9:00 am and

ends at 2:30 pm. • It will host a number of regional CEOs and

HR leaders as conference speakers. Together with Meirc’s consultants, they will share their organizational leadership development experiences and practices with conference attendees.

• The conference will invite attendees to participate in any one of four workshops related to the conference’s theme facilitated by Meirc’s subject matter experts.

• A detailed conference agenda will be forwarded to registered participants one month prior to the conference’s starting date. Similarly, conference attendees will receive conference proceedings shortly after the end of the conference.

TheMeircLeadershipandHRForumThe conference will end on the second day with the launching of the ‘Meirc Leadership and HR Forum’ whose primary goal is to provide overall stewardship for the HR function in the region. The Forum will be a learning platform for all organizations and HR professionals in the region interested in cultivating competence, enhancing organizational capabilities and transforming intangibles into tangibles.

ParticipationFeesMeirc’s annual conference is part of Meirc’s corporate social responsibility initiative which also includes setting up and administering the Meirc Leadership and HR Forum. As such, both activities will be undertaken in such a way as to cover minimum cost only. The conference fees per participant are set at US$ 900.

For groups of three or more from the same organization, fees are US$600 per attendee.
