CAPTAIN LEOPOLD McLAGLEN - Inventor of the New System of Bayonet Fighting (used by British Troops in the Great War) and jiu-jitsu champion of the world. Captain McLaglen has instructed some 30,000 Australian (First Australian Imperial Force/Australian Naval and Military Expeditionary Force) and New Zealand troops (New Zealand Expeditionary Force) in his system of bayonet fighting, used with such deadly effect at the Dardanelles.TRANSCRIPT
