The Days of No Shadows By Cayelin K Castell The Mayans believed it was important to be conscious of our connection to the Stars. We are children of the Milky Way and our Greater Lighted Self travels through the Heavens. It is a reclaiming and remembering of our Galactic heritage that expands our perception to include All That We Are. Each person is a Divine Conduit between Heaven and Earth. It is only when we can embody the Heavens and the Earth together that we become whole and can move forward to do our Soul's work. ~ unknown Each year around May 20 in the current era - the Sun and Pleiades come together as they cross the Zenith point (meaning they are directly overhead) at 20 degrees North Latitude at high Noon. This is a time the Mayans called the “Days of No Shadows” because no shadows are cast when you have a straight stick in the ground or a person standing perfectly straight. There are no shadows cast by the pyramids either. The zenith point occurs on different days of the year depending on latitude. Zenith Days can only happen between 23.5 degrees north and south latitude. These Zenith Days are significant ceremonial days for many cultures living in these latitudes. The Mayans left important clues about this Timing in their many pyramids through out Meso- America. The one we are focusing on here is the pyramid Kukulkan located in Chichen Itza. It has many remarkable features including the lighting of the serpent during the Equinoxes. And on May 20 exactly 60 days after the Spring Equinox the Sun reaches the Zenith (meaning it is directly overhead) at Noon when no shadows are cast. These days occur twice each year and a Chichen Itza the next occurrence is in November when the Sun is exactly opposite the Pleiades so the Pleiades are directly overhead at midnight. The date of the Sun Zenith passage occurs on the same day each year, though the date depends on what the latitude is. For example the zenith-passage date at Teotihuacan is currently May 17 (and it thousands of years for the dates to shift). This means the Sun with the Pleiades at the zenith occurred in that location early in the 1800’s. The May 20 Zenith date at Chichen Itza is currently aligned with the Pleiades an event that can only happen for a range of time every 26,000 years. This is the crosscheck that lets us know we are indeed at the turning of an entire 26,000 year cycle. The Mayans called the Pleiades Tzab or rattle of the snake. Kukulcan is the serpent pyramid featuring the serpent of light illuminated on the northern part of the pyramid at the equinoxes. ThisisatimetheMayanscalledthe“DaysofNoShadows”becausenoshadowsarecastwhenyouhaveastraightstickinthegroundorapersonstandingperfectlystraight.Therearenoshadowscastbythepyramidseither.

TheSunexactlyalignedwiththePleiadesatthezenithcanonlyhappenforabout72to144yearsonceevery26,000yearsduringtheprecessionalcyclesuggestingthatoneoftheprimaryreasonsKukulkanwasbuiltwastoactasprecessionalcosmicclockortimeralertingustotheimportanceofthistime.Thisalignmentishappeningfrom1976to2048,withthewell-knowndateof2012atthecenterwhentherewasanAnnularSolarEclipseonMay20furtheracceleratingthelightcodesavailabletousfromthePleiades.

Inasense,lookingatanAnnularSolarEclipseislikelookingintoaportalorabysslitbyfireallaroundit,oritmightbethoughtofasacauldronoftransformationalchange.TheMoonappearsblacklikethecauldronwitharingoffireprovidingthealchemyorenergyfortransformationalchange.

ThispowerfulsymbolwasactivatedandseededonMay20,2012withtheSun,MoonbothconjunctthePleiadesatthetimeoftheAnnularEclipseaddingtotheinterdimensionalrealmofpossibilitiesthatwereseededthen.TheannularphaseoftheEclipseonMay20of2012wasvisibleontheChineseCoast,SouthernJapan,WesternUnitedStatesandCanada.Isawmorethan80%ofithereinTucson,Arizona.Itwasstunning.Beingwitnesstothistypeofcelestialmagicisagreathonoraswedreamintothewhatispossible.Itisimportanttorememberthatwhenintentionsareset,whateverisinthewayofthefulfillmentofthatintentiondoescomeuptogetcleared.ClearlythereisstillalotofclearingworkgoingonwithsomeglimmersoftheNewEarthconsciousnessshiningthroughwhenwearepayingattention.
