Books of the Month (in our fabulous library!) Begin by setting your goals. "What Makes Us Unique-Our First Talk about Diversity", by Dr. Jillian Roberts, shows us that talking get about our differences is a good way to make them less scary. "Marie Curie", by Demi, tells the true story of one of the greatest sci-entists of all time. "The Girl Who Thought in Pictures- The Story of Dr. Temple Grandin", by Julia Fin-
ley Mosca, tells of an amazing person who turned problems into solutions. "I am different, not less"?

“In a world where you can be anything, be kind.” ~Jennifer Dukes Lee
Books of the Month (in our fabulous library!) "Ali's Story-A Real Account of His Story from Af-ghanistan", by A. Glynne and S. Maldonado, shows us the importance of knowing and caring about each other’s stories. "The Day War Came", by Nicola Davies, reminds us all of the power of kind-ness and the ability to give hope for a brighter future. It presents the story and aftermath of war and what it is like to become a refugee as a child. "Flowers for Sarajevo", by John McCitcheon, is a thoughtful and touching story of how senseless war affects so many innocent people, and what a
difference one person can make in response to it.
