We are excited to announce the launch of The Magical Christmas Fair in
Manchester, and hope that you will join us to share the fun and magical festive
experiences whilst selling your wonderful products to thousands of buyers from all
over the North West of England and beyond.
The Magical Christmas Fair is a three day shopping and entertainment extravaganza
which will be held during the incredibly popular Manchester Christmas Markets
festival which regularly attracts over 50,000 visitors per day.
Manchester City Centre benefits from fantastic transport links, parking, hotels and
nightlife with 25% of the UK population living within an hour’s drive.
Our award winning venue: Manchester Central (formerly known as GMEX) is the
perfect environment for enthusiastic Christmas shoppers to enjoy days filled with
incredible festive activities with their friends and family who will love this unique
opportunity to buy high quality and extraordinary Christmas gifts that they cannot
buy locally... Plus luxurious treats for themselves and the family to make Christmas
extra special.
The show will be supported by a significant media campaign, support from local
media partners, Manchester City Council, social media campaigns, direct mailing,
sponsorship etc. as you would expect from a major national event.

The Magical Christmas Fair is all about making it easy for visitors to find high quality,
unique products that they would not normally be able to buy... all in one venue.
It is the show which will get them in the Christmas spirit, where they can have a
fabulous day out with their friends and family and spend lots of money buying the
majority of their Christmas presents... plus a few personal indulgent treats!
We are keen to monitor the quality and variety of products on offer. It is also
important that there is a wide assortment without too much repetition. This will
ensure that visitors return year after year, and will help to maximise your sales.
Booking early will guarantee you get a great location and if your products are in a
competitive sector, that we have stands available for you.
For the launch event - and for a limited time only - we are offering an introductory
offer price of just £195.00 per square metre (normally £225.00sq.m) which includes
your shell scheme walls, fascia, carpet, cleaning, free invitations to give to your
customers and extensive media coverage* (*many other shows charge extra for
this).

The Organiser will not accept any booking unless accompanied by a completed booking form and 25% deposit.
Exhibitors will not be allowed access to their stands unless having paid in full. Payments received from Exhibitors who default in any way will not be refundable unless by prior written agreement with the Organiser. Payment in full is due by 27th September 2013. In the event of the exhibitor cancelling their stand, the following terms shall apply:
