• RED AREAS: for Plaza and Dense Village Character – Resulted in East Whins

• YELLOW AREAS: for Light and Staged Development (also Commercial/Creative – Orange) – Resulted in West Whins and Plan for North Whins

• GREEN AREAS: where Nature Predominates – To be Honoured

• 3 Major Powerpoints to be honoured (equally), not to be built on, and given space – To be Honoured

• 2 Local Energy Points (lateral end points) to be honoured, neither the points nor theLeys should be built on, and Points given space – To be Honoured

• N-S 'Alignment' through UH and Dancing Green Powerpoint, should not be built on

• The 3 Ley Lines connecting the 3 Power-Points should not be built on (But also see Marko Pogacnik's audio comment on these Leys below).

Further Considerations from an Interview (Audio Recorded) by Cornelia Featherstone (CF) with Marko Pogacnik (MP) (23/08/2014) – audio file held by CF :

• Creative Collaboration with the unseen and seen worlds is needed, and with ‘awareness & attunement’ enables acceptable co-creative development – To be Honoured

• Elder/Mature Trees should be left in place and honoured – To be Honoured (as Landscape Features where possible)

• The Universal Hall (UH), as the most important building here, needs to be geometrically central to the community manifested environment, and not on its edge – The DL Development Plan enables this

• Connecting the rear (north) of the UH to the ‘Dunes’ is necessary for its energetic function/purpose and completeness of the settlement – The Plan enables this

• The UH is a major energy Power Point, which brings the concentrated Energy Out & Up from Below – To be Honoured

• What is happening here is Deep in the Earth/Gaia (not so much on the surface, except at the power-points), so we should not dig or interfere deep; but creative/collaborative surface development is acceptable if undertaken with awareness – To be Honoured

• The Magic Triangle (MT) ‘area’ energetically and geometrically connects the Central Area with Cullerne and Pine-Ridge/St.Barbes Wood, and completes the settlement pattern (with the development limit boundary at the High North Dunes Ridge natural feature) – The DL Development Plan enables this

• The 3 major Power Points in the MT bring ‘Energy’ to the surface; There is no real significance in the straight-line Leys that interconnect them; these Power Points should be given space around them, and need awareness/respect with creative collaboration – To be Honoured

Findings of a Geomantic Study by Earthwise (Melanie Thomas & David Ellis) 1998 (prior to development of The Field of Dreams) – Original Documents held as Archives by John Moon :

• 3 Major Broad Bands of 'Earth Energy' intersect at the Universal Hall (UH) (Central Main Powerpoint) – these connect to local ancient 'sites' & one connects with Lindisfarne (Holy Island)** (see below) and another with Edinburgh Castle (St Margarets Chapel)

• 2 further major 'Alignments' centre on the UH – the one closest to N-S is the Main Axis of the UH and connects with Cairn Gorm, the other connects with Templestone Stone Circle, Balmoral & Westminster – (Note: This near N-S alignment is not the same as the N-S line referred to by MC (after LttL) – or is her envisaged one actually this one slightly off N-S ?)

• A 'local Alignment' connects the UH with the Field of Dreams

• Recommendation for marking the intersection of the edges of the 3 broad 'flows' &the local 'flow' in the open centre of The Field of Dreams - Honoured 2012 with the placement of the 'Dream Stone' (plus 'Vision Stone' Alignment on the local flow extension East).

Additional Findings/Views by John Moon (JM) (not part of the 1998 Study) 1997 - 2017 (ongoing) - See Appendix 3 Mapping (separate file) – Google Earth file held on PC by John Moon :

• The 'local Alignment' connecting the UH with the Field of Dreams when extrapolated as a straight Ley line connects with Elgin Cathedral

• The (roughly NW-SE) Major Broad Energy Band ('Field') (when extrapolated as a straight Ley line using Google Earth tools software**) connects with Holy Island (i.e. 'Lindisfarne' as claimed in the Study)

• The (roughly NE-SW) Energy 'Field' (when extrapolated**) connects with Iona (Abbey) – A 'connection' predicted by Eileen Caddy

• The (roughly N-S) Energy 'Field' (when extrapolated) connects with Avebury, Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury Cathedral - Note: Its Southern path is exactly along the first defined “Salisbury Ley” that led to “Ley Hunting” from around 1920 – with Earth Energies identified later “snaking serpent-like around these Leys”. JM's study in southern England led to a believed connection with Shap in Cumbria (an ancient site similar to Avebury but entirely materially destroyed), but then over 10 years later (using Google Earth) found the direct connection with Findhorn and the UH !

JM believes this to be a Global Earth Energy Flow (i.e. encircling the Earth) which JM named the “Janus Line” (c) (From the N-S vertical 'present' datum, the Roman God Janus looked East & West, Past & Future, and learned much . . . . . )

The other 2 Major Fields may also be Global Flows – Note: The Druids believed that Gaia was held in equilibrium by 12 such Flows girdling the Earth - others may be the Michael/Mary Flow (St Michaels Mount/Glastonbury/Avebury) and the Apollo/Athena Flow (the 'Continental St Michael Line' – St Michaels Mount, Mont St-Michel, through Europe to the 'Holy Land').

• The huge breadth of these major 'Energy Fields' is not documented elsewhere (most 'Flows' are only 1-8 metres wide – but with great depth & height). Perhaps the 'Energiesof Findhorn' have added to their original strength/size, and these Flows are Global Pathways of Findhorn's interconnection throughout the World . . . . . . ?

Marko Pogacnik's 'Visions':

• Marko (MP) has described (many Findhorn Talks & Workshops over many years) the local energetic interconnection of Plusgarden Abbey, Cluny (Hills) and Findhorn Bay; with the Findhorn Community Settlement positioned strategically alongside The Bay. The Cluny Hills Powerpoints being very special & globally important.

• As described in the MT audio interview, MP envisions this in a non-linear way; withEnergy from deep down eminating at the surface power-points; and the interconnection of places and beings in a multi-dimensional manner (which is not readily 'mapped'). His advanced way of seeing things does however support much of the more linearly structured 'ideas', and when seen as a 'whole' brings togethera more complete and wonderful 'picture' of Findhorn's place in this 'World'.

Further Awarenesses:

• The Park has 3 'Love Wells' placed through Attunement by The Nature Group, as surface points to connect with the Elementals/Nature Spirits/Unseen Beings – one is in Diamond Wood in the MT – To be Honoured

• Many mature Trees feature within the MT landscape – native Scots Pines, Silver, Birch, Oak, Rowan – some 50 years old or more – some are believed to have energetic connections with each other, and all these need to be identified and mapped, so as to be preserved and featured in the developing Landscape – to be Honoured.
