On June 4, 1949, Sihanouk gave the Cochin china (or Kampuchea Krom) toVietnameseKingBaoDai,tokeephisthroneofferedbyFranceofVichyin1941.OnNovember9,1953,hedeclaredtheIndependenceofCambodia,unfortunately,reducedby

one

third

of

its

surface

by

the

loss

of

Kampuchea

Krom.

The

Indochinese

Communist

Party,includingtheCommunistKhmers(todayCPP)andLaos,wascreatedin1951byHoChiMinhinhisannexationaimingthroughoutIndochina.InthefootstepofBandungConference on April 1824, 1955, and in the war between the two Viet Nam, whilehypocritically affirming the official neutrality of Cambodia, Sihanouk helpedclandestinelytheVietcongtodefeattheSouthVietNam.Theinternationalcommunityknewaboutit.TobeabletofreelyconducthisaidtoHanoiinhissuicidalpolicy,

Sihanouk expelled UN controllers from his Kingdom. August 14, 1969, taken inimperialistgearputbytheVietCongusingKhmerterritories(HoChiMinhtracks)todefeat the South Viet Nam, he asked Sirik Matak and Lon Nol to form the RescueGovernment,inordertorefloathisKingdomeconomicallydeprivedandrubbedthefeetbytheVietCong.Toleavethemafreehand,hewentinFranceonJanuary6,1970,officially to care. On March 8, 1970, the massive presence of the Vietcong wasreportedinpaddyfieldsintheprovinceofSvayRieng.TheRescueGovernmentlost

itscontroloverMarch11,1970anti vietcongpresencedemonstrations,triggeringsomeinternationaldisapproval.SihanoukmadevoltefaceanddealtapactwithAsianCommunists Chou En Lai and Pham Van Dong, but disrespectful of his Kingdomssovereignty and neutrality. On March 18, 1970, the National Assembly, noting the

Sihanoukstreason,votedhisremovaltotheunanimityofits92members.Sihanoukthrewhimself,bodyandsoul,intothetrapofVietnameseannexationofCambodiaforthesolidarityoftheIndochinesepeoplesdominatedbyHanoi.Intheaftermath,the

1stKhmerRepublicwasproclaimedonOctober5,1970.Itcollapsedunfairlyagainst

theforeigncommunistforcesofBeijingandHanoi.OnApril17,1975KhmerRougePolPottookPhnomPenh,markingthebeginning

oftheincrediblegenocide,andalsotriggeringthe1stlargeVietnameseannexation

attempt.PolPotdoesnottheearheardit.HencethewarbetweenHanoiandPolPotwhentheVietNamdemandedhimtheannexationofKohTrl(orPhuQuoc)andotherislands.OnApril4,1976,Sihanoukresignedfromhis1stheadofKhmerrougesState

function,leavingittoKhieuSamphan.TheVietNam,irkedbyPolPot,decidedtopurchaseagroupoftreacherousKhmerRougetohuntthenationalistKhmerRougeofChinese obedience. January 7, 1979, Hanoi saw his expansionist dream officiallyrealizedclaimingtobeabletohuntPolPotforsavetheKhmerpeople!Hepresented

the international community a Group of treacherous Khmer Rouge composed of PenSovann,ChanSi,CheaSim,HngSamRin,HunSenasliberators.Thegenocidefrom17April1975to7January1979(3years8monthsand20days)amountingtomorethan3

million victims, was therefore the combined work of Asian communism (Chinese,

TheUnitedNationsdecidedtointervenebythePeaceagreementinParison23

October1991,sothatCambodiacanregainitssovereignty,itsterritorialintegrity,

its

independence

and

that

its

people

can

enjoy

democracy

and

Human

rights.

But,

UN

was to underestimate the ambition of Hanoi, although signatory to this agreement,continuesunabateditsstrategyofannexationandethnicandterritorialcolonizationofCambodia,leavingforgottenclausesoftheParisagreement.TheVietNamusedtheotherchordtobuySihanouk,withtherestorationofhis2

ndMonarchyin1993without

the advice of the Cambodian people. Thus, despite his defeat in the elections of

1993,thankstotheinitiativeofSihanouk,HunSenwasnamed2ndPrimeMinisterwho

stagedtheJuly56,1997couptoresumeallthepowersandservewithoutobstaclestheVietnameseannexation.TheKhmerfromallsides,fooledleadersandtraitorstothenationdarenomoretalkaboutthecancellationofthetreatiesof1979,82,83,and 85 to recover the sovereignty of their Country. After successive riggedlegislative elections, the CPPHun Sen and the Viet Nam control firmly Cambodia,politically, economically, militarily and ethnically. Today, Cambodia no longer

belongs

to

the

Khmer

Nation:

everything

is

controlled

by

tentacle

arm

of

Hanoi.

Indeed, the Viet Nam had not actually evacuated Cambodia as he did believe theinternational community in 1989, by demonstrating to the international media thedepartureofitstroopsfromCambodia.

Infact,thegenocidetherehasturnedintoaVietnamesecolonizationdoubledofdictatorshipoftheJanuary7,1979KhmerRougeGroup (HunSen,ChaSim,HengSamrin).SelfishnessandtherevengeofSihanoukagainstKhmerRepublicanswerethus
