Children who have not been received by the elders as communing members should not partake, but learn by reverent observation, even though they may have trusted Christ for salvation. If you are aware that you have not received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, you should allow the elements to pass, and you are urged to repent of your sin and embrace the free offer of salvation in Christ by faith. As we do every year, there will be a Reformation Day celebration again this year on Tuesday evening, October 31st starting with a supper (with a German twist) at 5:30 pm. Well have a brief lesson on the 500th Anniversary of Luther pinning his theses on the Wittenberg Door. The celebration will end with everyone in the gym for games, bouncy slides, a cake walk and lots more fun! Dont forget to dress up in your favorite Reformation or Bible character.

Founded in 1850, Midway Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), a
