The Village: A 13-acre Tudor style village with unlimited capacity and potential. Beautiful and secluded, a perfect place for a large outdoor event. We have an extensive menu and wine list to make your event memorable. Sandwich or Hors d’Oeuvres Menu: If you’d prefer lighter fare than a banquet dinner, we offer an assortment of delicious hors d’oeuvres and tasty sandwiches. Entrée Menu: Our entrées include a wide variety of choices—from prime rib and steaks, chicken, fish, and vegitarian options. Prices range from $15 to $25 per person. SleepyHollowIf casual elegance defines your style, then the Lodge is the perfect place to hold your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and more. Set in a scenic 60-acre complex, the park is filled with mature trees, hills, and even a meandering creek. Sleepy Hollow is located just southeast of the State Fairgrounds on Dean Avenue, between Des Moines and Pleasant Hill. The Lodge offers a charming setting, whether you use one or both of the indoor banquet rooms or the outdoor shelter. We also have an amazing Renaissance Village that can be used for ceremonies, or use the covered shelter for a summer wedding. The charming backdrop of an old english village will transport you to a magical place on your special day. You can have a ceremony or reception in the village any time, but for added charm, hold your event during the Des Moines Renaissance Faire the first three weekends in September.
