• Spiced pumpkin soup finished with creme fraiche & herb oil

• Ham hock terrine, soda bread, red onion marmalade

• Classic prawn cocktail served with crispy iceberg lettuce and a slice of lemon

• Roasted Mediterranean vegetable salad, glazed goats cheese, pesto dressing

Main Course

• Roast turkey with all the trimmings

• Roast sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding with all the trimmings

• Pan seared fillet of seabass with chervil and lemon mash, asparagus and slow roasted tomatoes,

aromatic fish cream

• Caramelised pear pickled walnut & blue cheese risotto served with rocket & parmesan salad

Dessert

• Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

• Baileys creme brulee, shortbread biscuit

• Hot chocolate fondant, honeycomb ice cream

• Fresh fruit salad, raspberry sorbet
