General PolicyThis price list supercedes all previous lists, schedules and catalogs, and is effective as of August 1, 2010.Prices listed in this price list are subject to change without prior notice and orders are accepted subjectto price prevailing at time of billing.

Returns and CreditMerchandise returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date in original packaging accompanied by the original invoice, free from personal marking, and in resalable condition.Merchandise returned without original invoice will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee.

• All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.• Uncoated lenses that are cut are not returnable for credit.• Edged or dyed lenses cannot be returned for credit unless under warranty.• All credit returns should be forwarded via a traceable delivery service. We do not accept responsibility for packages that are lost or mishandled by the carrier.

• OptiLenses.com reserves the right to deny credit for lenses sold with edging pads when the pads are not returned with the lenses.

• The inclusion of edging pads does not constitute a guarantee of production success.

Scratch Resistant WarrantyAll scratch resistant coated lenses are covered under a Scratch Resistant Warranty for one year from the original date of invoice. This warranty applies to scratching, peeling, or crazing under normal use.Abused lenses or lenses scratched during processing are not covered. We will issue a one-time creditfor the original lenses after you have purchased the replacement lenses with the following conditions:

RETURN CONDITIONS• Both the original and replacement lenses must be of the same prescription.• In order to receive credit, please return the following:

1. Original invoice (to avoid $5.00 handling fee)2. Invoice for the replacement lenses3. Original (damaged) lenses placed inside the replacement envelopes

Anti-Reflection WarrantyOptiLenses.com offers a coating warranty for all anti-reflective coated lenses. Lenses coated withCrizal®, Crizal Alizé®, Crizal Avancé with Scotchgard™ Protector, and Synergy™ Crystal are warranted for a two-year period. All other anti-reflective coated lenses are covered under a one-year warranty.The Anti-Reflection Warranty applies to scratching, peeling or crazing under normal use. Lenses that are abused, extremely scratched, chipped, broken or damaged during processing are not covered under this warranty.

We will issue a one-time credit for the original lenses after you have purchased the replacement lenses subject to the same conditions as the above Scratch Resistant Warranty RETURN CONDITIONS.
