Start Up Funds- There are special peach festival envelopes in each pew and in
the Fellowship Hall, should you wish to make a donation toward expenses for this event. Put your name on the envelope if you want credit for tax purposes. Thank you!
Silent Auction – Items are needed. If you have something special that you
would like to contribute to our Silent Auction, please send an email to the church office: [email protected] . When thinking of an item for the Silent Auction, think of something that would promote your business, a special cake or dessert that you make, a ride on a boat, tickets to a ball game, etc. We thank you for any contributions, and almost any product or service from local area businesses. Examples could include:
Gift certificates
Gift baskets showcasing a business specialty
Tickets to sporting events, plays or concerts
Unique or one-of-a-kind items
Corporate Sponsorship – Please take a corporate sponsor packet from
Fellowship Hall or download a packet from the church website (www.eastportumc.org) and approach your favorite local business for sponsorship. Remember, all sponsor donations are tax-deductible and this is a great way to build a continued relationship with our local business community!
