Hy4Heat at COP26 It’s aimed that some of the prototype hydrogen appliances will be on display at COP26 in Glasgow. The event, running from 1 to 12 November, is an international meeting to discuss global action on climate change. Countries that signed the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1994 will attend and outline their progress as well as their plans of action for how decarbonisation targets will be met in the short, medium and long term. BEIS and Arup+ shortlisted for Hy4Heat Hy4Heat is a finalist at the Association for Project Management awards, due to be announced in November. Hy4Heat’s work has laid the foundations for the plans for hydrogen villages and towns that are part of the government’s recently published hydrogen strategy. IGEM hydrogen knowledge centre A searchable digital resource hub for everything related to hydrogen energy has been created by IGEM.
