The JSC "Franzeluta" bakery plant in Chisinau is the leader in Republic of Moldova market of bakery products, with over a 65 years experience in the baking industry, with traditions and impeccable reputation. The company includes 3 bread factories, a pasta factory and departments for production of crisp bread rings, gingerbreads, biscuits, wafers and cakes. The „Franzeluta” brand is also known outside the country. A geographically expanded delivery in countries such as England, Germany, Canada, USA, Greece, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Australia and Israel fully demonstrates the success that our products have to the foreign consumer.
In 2001 was laid the foundation of enterprise certification according to international quality requirements. Currently, this foundation consists of following certificates: the Integrated Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Food Safety Management System ISO 22000, to align to quality and food safety standards of the European Union. The company also holds the "Kosher" International Certificate for the assortment of cracknels and gingerbreads.
By implementing the Food Safety Management System, "Franzeluţa" plc enhanced the monitoring of potential hazards and holds under control the identified risks. This ensures the consumers that the products are safe and of a high quality.Detailed control of raw materials and finished goods ensures the quality of our products. The natural ingredients used during the manufacturing process along with the hygienic conditions of storage and use of raw materials, protect the consumer, offering natural products.
