INTRODUCTION

Since the beginning of the Coca- Cola franchise, the deductions department has been one of the key factors unto why quick revenue is gained throughout the company. Through deductions, money that is required by customers is collected and processed through case auditing, and then sent to the collections department for billing. This ensures that any revenue that is missing from the Coca-Cola budget is acquired and noted in the company files.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The “new manual” will be the heart of the deductions department, creating a new way to process and manage cases. The top workers of each level of the department will be brainstorming and putting together this manual for all workers in the company. Instead of every worker doing their own form of research to figure out how to get the companies money back, a step by step book will be distributed throughout the department and followed to submit a research case effectively and accurately
